Load, transport, unload and furnish experienced craft worker with materials, tools, equipment and supplies. Clean work area and restock supplies and materials as necessary. Rigging of mobile and stationary scaffolding on structures in accordance with corporate guidelines. May assist in lifting, positioning, and securing of materials and workpieces during installation. May perform minor maintenance or cleaning activities of journeyman's tools and equipment. Perform other routine duties as directed by supervisor. May remove rough or defective spots from concrete using grinder, hammer, and/or chisel. May patch holes. Ability to wear company's safety equipment is essential. Summary The BIM/VDC Specialist supports the Building Information Modeling and Virtual Design Construction process and works directly under the BIM/VDC Manager to facilitate jobsite construction using VDC. The Specialist creates 3D models on one complex project or multiple small projects and may assist with design validation and model maintenance. Summary The Estimator is responsible to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for assigned projects, applying knowledge of specialized methodologies, techniques, principles, and/or processes. The Estimator is also expected to follow-up with clients, in an effort to overcome obstacles that could stand in the way of being awarded the contract. For awarded contracts, the Estimator provides on-going cost estimate support to operations.
