The LIFT Academy A&P Mechanic performs preventive maintenance, repair, modifications and other maintenance of aircraft, components and related equipment in accordance with standards and regulations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES

· Verifies that each part or component is effective for the aircraft on which it will be installed.
· Adheres to material handling and control procedures specified in RSQCM and by the equipment manufacturers. Initiates material requests.
· Evaluates the area and equipment that will be utilized to ensure that safety is not compromised before performing any maintenance action. Applies safety first at all times.
· Maintains a clean, safe working environment throughout the work shift.
· Updates Supervisor on progress of work performed. Reviews paperwork at the end of shift to ensure that all work accomplished is signed for prior to departing the maintenance facility. Assists with completion of shift turnover reports in accordance with procedures in the RSQCM.
· Completes all department internal company forms, maintenance records, documents, work orders, etc. including performing maintenance computer system transactions as required
· Provides coaching and on-the-job training as directed.
· Adheres to established work schedule. Participates in shift meetings and briefings as required.
· Submits in writing any suggested changes in operational procedures that will enhance safety and cost effective aircraft maintenance.
· Accesses Company Intranet to become familiar with and utilize the RSQCM and aircraft manuals. Ensures part effectivity is correct per aircraft.
· Adheres to recurrent training, including required FAA AMT training, and keeps necessary licenses and certification up-to-date.
· Reads and acknowledges understanding of maintenance newsletters and Company Emails on a timely basis.
· Performs other duties as assigned or required.

The Analyst II, Facilities Maintenance, reports directly to the Vice President of Facility Management and provides secondary support to the Vehicle Maintenance department as needed to ensure alignment across both operational areas. Responsibilities:
Equipment Maintenance & Repair
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diesel-powered equipment, compressors, trucks, blasting machines, and related heavy machinery.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and inspections to maximize equipment reliability.
Help create and follow a routine maintenance program.

General
This is a full-time position that will report directly to Maintenance Control with oversight from the Director of Maintenance (DOM). Reference the Aircraft Maintenance Manual, the Illustrated Parts Catalog, the Structural Repair Manual, the Component Maintenance Manuals, and the wiring diagrams to perform work on aircraft.
Complete required paperwork accurately using procedures set forth in the General Maintenance Manual (GMM).
Use only approved and certified hardware, parts, and equipment to be installed or used on aircraft.

Qualification Requirements
High School Diploma, General Education Development (GED) Diploma, or higher.
A valid Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airframe and Powerplant Certificate.

Ability to pass a Mechanical Aptitude Test.

General
This is a full-time position that will report directly to the Line Maintenance Supervisor with oversight from the Director of Maintenance (DOM). Duties and Responsibilities
Perform aircraft maintenance per manufacturers' recommendations and adhere to approved procedures and data while performing their duties.
Meet aircraft, check aircraft maintenance logs, and respond to discrepancies entered in the logbook.
Perform routine and non-routine maintenance on aircraft.
References the Aircraft Maintenance Manual, the Illustrated Parts Catalog, the Structural Repair Manual, the Component Maintenance Manuals, and the wiring diagrams to perform work on aircraft.
Completes required paperwork accurately using procedures set forth in the General Maintenance Manual (GMM).
Uses only approved and certified hardware, parts, and equipment to be installed or used on aircraft.
Promotes teamwork amongst maintenance personnel and flight crews.
Maintains workspaces, materials, and tooling IAW company policies and procedures, industry best practices, and appropriate housekeeping.
Upholds safety and security procedures and awareness.
Has the ability to obtain additional qualifications through training and education as needed.

Qualification Requirements
High School Diploma, General Education Development (GED) Diploma, or higher.
A valid Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airframe and Powerplant Certificate.
Ability to successfully pass assessment which demonstrates knowledge of line maintenance under part 121 operations.
Two (2) years of experience on commercial aircraft in a part 121 environment (Boeing 767 & Boeing 737 classic experience highly preferred)
Basic avionics knowledge and skill is highly preferred
Ability to occasionally travel to airport/aircraft field locations with little or short notice.
Ability to drive tugs, trucks, taxi aircraft, lift trucks, snorkel lifts, boom lifts, and tractor and/or other maintenance vehicles.
