Job Description We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Mechanic to maintain and repair heavy industrial equipment that supports our sandblasting and painting operations. Track parts usage and maintain accurate inventory records. Pick up parts and equipment as necessary to support ongoing repairs. Budgeting & Cost Management Prepare accurate repair budgets including labor, materials, and outside services. Track and report repair costs to ensure accountability and efficiency. Collaboration & Teamwork Work closely with maintenance and operations teams to plan, prioritize, and complete repairs. The Heavy Maintenance Power Plant Tech 3 will be responsible for performing maintenance in the field and the shop and mainly GE, CFM, and Pratt & Whitney commercial aircraft engines.
