Job Description
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high quality support to Legal Executives and other senior legal team members. This position will report to our VP of Securities and Corporate Governance, Legal Operations and Government Affairs. The successful candidate will be a highly trusted, organized individual who exercises a great deal of discretion, and has exceptional interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Calendar Management: Manage calendars of VPs; coordinate across executives, business partners and team members by prioritizing schedules and qualifying requests. Proactively solicit agendas and manage attendee lists.
Meeting Planning and Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and organizing of internal and external meetings, team offsites, and organizational wide meetings. Obtain briefing documents for key internal/external meetings and create briefing packets for business trips.
Correspondence/Approvals: Act as a proxy for communications and approvals as authorized. Act a as a source for general inquiries and refer routine matters to appropriate parties.
Travel: Manage complex international and domestic travel. Carefully consider and decide the optimum travel arrangements and itineraries. Process passports and visas.
Tool Management: Manage expense reports and purchase orders and become a tool champion of WD's internal tools. Coordinate with IT support teams in advance of meetings and events to understand the best technology needed to ensure a successful outcome.
In general, daily tasks are carried out at a higher level of complexity. Your job will be to problem solve, intuitively understand priorities, and plan-ahead for reoccurring events and tasks.
Qualifications
REQUIRED
4+ years' experience supporting at the senior management level (VP+) in a public company, preferably for a legal or finance executive in high tech.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams.
Great attention to detail and the maturity to handle confidential information is a must.
Intuitive problem-solver with thoughtful anticipation of deliverables.
Ability to prioritize and manage complex issues.

Responsibilities include:
Perform work order variance analysis and review MRP execution and ensures accuracy of information, reconciles supply and demand, validates master scheduling requirement.
Performs risk analysis, identifying and resolving critical path and MRP logic conflicts.

Job Description
Western Digital is redefining its role in the AI era - from a traditional storage manufacturer to the indispensable infrastructure at the heart of the AI-driven data economy. The Senior Director, Brand Strategy & Experience will be instrumental in shaping this transformation.
This leader will own the evolution of Western Digital's brand, while ensuring consistent, impactful experiences for customers, partners, and employees worldwide. Working cross-functionally within Corporate Marketing across Communications, Product Marketing, Integrated Campaigns and across the larger organization including Sales, Product Marketing, Business Strategy, this role blends strategic thinking with creative leadership to bring the brand to life in every touchpoint and experience.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Identity
Lead the development and global rollout of Western Digital's brand strategy and visual identity in conjunction with the VP of Marketing.
Evolve the corporate narrative, positioning, and messaging architecture across audiences (hyperscalers, enterprise, consumer, and investor).
Define and maintain brand architecture and naming conventions across product lines, platforms, and campaigns.
Oversee the evolution of the company's visual and verbal identity, ensuring it reflects Western Digital's innovation, reliability, and relevance in the AI era.
Strategic Events & Experiences
Lead strategy for Western Digital's flagship industry events, ensuring brand coherence and high-impact presence.
Partner with executives to develop keynote narratives, speaking strategies, and sponsorship activations that reinforce WD's leadership story.
Oversee experience design across major touchpoints (booths, customer meetings, brand environments) to create consistent, differentiated brand engagement.
Customer Lifecycle & Advocacy
Build and scale Western Digital's Customer Advisory Board (CAB) program to deepen engagement and insight.
Develop a global customer reference and advocacy program including case studies, testimonials, and thought-leadership partnerships.
Partner with Customer Success to launch NPS and feedback loops that feed brand experience improvements.
Elevate customer storytelling as a key pillar of WD's reputation and market proof.
Sponsorships & Strategic Partnerships
Define and manage global sponsorship strategy - ensuring investments align with brand values, visibility, and growth priorities.
Evaluate partnership opportunities that expand WD's brand presence in technology, innovation, and sustainability ecosystems.
Qualifications
20+ years of experience in brand strategy, corporate marketing, or integrated communications, ideally in a Fortune 500 global, public, B2B technology brand.
Proven experience developing and implementing global brand strategies and visual identities.
Strong executive presence and storytelling skills - able to influence at the C-level and collaborate across functions.
Experience leading large-scale events or brand experiences that integrate digital and physical environments.
Demonstrated success building customer advocacy or reference programs that drive reputation and sales impact.
Exceptional project management and creative direction capabilities; ability to move from strategy to execution.
Passion for innovation, AI, and the technologies that power the data economy.

Compensation & Benefits Details
An employee's pay position within the salary range may be based on several factors including but not limited to (1) relevant education; qualifications; certifications; and experience; (2) skills, ability, knowledge of the job; (3) performance, contribution and results; (4) geographic location; (5) shift; (6) internal and external equity; and (7) business and organizational needs.
The salary range is what we believe to be the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California, Colorado, New York or remote jobs that can be performed in California, Colorado and New York. This range may be modified in the future.
If your position is non-exempt, you are eligible for overtime pay pursuant to company policy and applicable laws. You may also be eligible for shift differential pay, depending on the shift to which you are assigned.
You will be eligible to be considered for bonuses under either Western Digital's Short Term Incentive Plan (“STI Plan”) or the Sales Incentive Plan (“SIP”) which provides incentive awards based on Company and individual performance, depending on your role and your performance. You may be eligible to participate in our annual Long-Term Incentive (LTI) program, which consists of restricted stock units (RSUs) or cash equivalents, pursuant to the terms of the LTI plan. The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman's Strategic Space Systems Division's Systems Engineering directorate. The selected candidate will perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. * Perform analyses at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal.
