The Customer Success Representative ensures exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency by acting as a key liaison between customers and internal teams. This role is responsible for managing customer commitments, optimizing load execution, and maintaining accurate data integrity to support revenue growth and customer satisfaction. This role will keep track of service failures along with communicating directly with drivers when they are not on pace to meet service expectations.
