The cons have to do specifically with HR supervisor, Mandy Wilson, who seems to think she has power to influence who gets hired and who does not. It is well known that if she wants one particular candidate that she wants to get hired she will make sure the applicant has their application sent to hiring team and tries to influence decision making. If she for whatever reason does not like an applicant she will make sure their application never sees the light of day. This is not an HR representative’s job. She seems to think she holds all this power to push certain applicants and not others. She has been heard saying that applicants have to get past her first before they even have a chance of working here. This is not her role! She can be very rude to those she believes is below her and acts totally different to upper management. It is somewhat unbelievable that this file clerk/secretary is supervisor over HR department. But if she likes you than you have a chance of being hired for job!
