Required insurance licensing as mandated by the State Department of Insurance in the states where the agency operates (or willingness to obtain the necessary licenses). Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher). Familiarity with agency management systems and other creative software is a plus.
