Pros of working at Western & Southern Financial Group

Lifelong job security

Cons of working at Western & Southern Financial Group

...because you're doing the job of 3 people.

Western & Southern Financial Group Benefits

100% of the perks are in downtown Cincinnati. Practically not employees live there or want to play there.

What do you like best about Western & Southern Financial Group's CEO and the leadership team?

I have never seen any of them.

How would you improve Western & Southern Financial Group's culture?

Give employees training that doesn't have to do with elder abuse, money laundering or soft skills. Something having to do with computers or insurance would be nice.

How did you prepare for the Western & Southern Financial Group interview?

I showed up. Over 50% of the employees are eligible for retirement in the next 3 years. If you're breathing in the interview, you're hired.

How does your compensation at Western & Southern Financial Group compare to the industry average?

They say they pay competitive salaries. If that were true, they wouldn't have to offer employees thousands of dollars to push their friends to work for WS. Most people don't do this as most people want to keep their friends.

What's the diversity at Western & Southern Financial Group like?

Teams are 100% diverse. Just not HR, 39 people and 38 are caucasian.

What brings you the most joy at Western & Southern Financial Group?

I'm a big fan of quitting time.
