Summary of Position: Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the physical facilities (buildings and grounds). Responsible for snow plowing. Completes assigned work orders independently and within a team atmosphere. Responsible for special assignments and projects at the direction of the Facility Operations Manager and Physical Plant Director. Occasional weekend and Holidays as needed for snow plowing.
Hours of position will be 400am-1230pm Monday-Friday with occasional weekend and Holidays as needed for snow plowing or emergency cleaning.
Essential Functions

2. Complete all required College training and responsible for maintaining the skills necessary to complete the essential functions of the position as defined by the department.

4. Cleaning and Maintenance - Supporting Action/Task May Include:
* Sweep and mop floors and vacuum carpets including treating stains and extraction of carpets
* Dust vertical and horizontal surfaces
* Clean and Sanitize restrooms, drinking fountains, etc. using established practices and procedures
* Clean elevators
* General cleaning and maintenance including cleaning glass, spot cleaning, etc.
* Perform emergency and project-related cleaning
5. Snow Plowing - Supporting Action/Task May Include:
* Plow using mechanical equipment such as skid steer, pick-up trucks with snow plows and box salters, forklifts and trucks with hydraulic dump boxes, Toolcat, Ventrac, etc..
* Physically shovel walkways
* Apply ice melter (through mechanical and physical application)
* Haul snow off site (driving to off-campus location and dumping snow; operating dump truck, skid steer, and end loader)
6. Work Order Completion - Supporting Action/Task May Include:
* Grounds upkeep
* Furniture and equipment moves, pickups and deliveries
* Skilled trades and vehicle maintenance
* Computer and operating systems knowledge along with understanding operating instructions for cleaning equipment and vehicles
Qualifications

Summary of Position: The CRM & Application Specialist is a dual-focus role that supports the college's enrollment operations with a primary emphasis on CRM system support, maintenance, and technical functionality, alongside application review and processing. This position supports the accurate assignment of applicant statuses and the maintenance of student record integrity while serving as an operational support resource for the CRM team. The role ensures data accuracy, performs routine system configuration and troubleshooting, supports ongoing technical maintenance, and collaborates with Enrollment Services partners to ensure enrollment systems and processes function efficiently and consistently with College requirements.
Essential Functions

* Serve as a first point of contact for CRM system end users, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and access management
* Perform application setup, configuration, and changes to support business needs
* Maintain the CRM system through regular updates, form management, routine maintenance, and participation in testing and deployment of CRM fixes and enhancements.
* Conduct regular system monitoring, validation, and data quality checks to maintain system integrity
* Review and respond to CRM-related requests including reporting, data access, communication setup, and functional enhancements
* Update and maintain related tools and technical documentation, including SharePoint resources, job aids, and process documentation
* Collaborate closely with the CRM team to escalate complex issues, provide user feedback, and support continuous system improvement
* Cross-train coworkers on key CRM technical functions to ensure service continuity
* Communicate system updates, required actions, and issue resolution clearly and effectively to stakeholders

oLead planning, execution, and evaluation of campaigns such as North Texas Giving Day, East Texas Giving Day, end of year giving and more, including strategy development, donor segmentation, storytelling, internal coordination, and post-campaign stewardship.
oManage GSNETX Employee Giving campaign, including internal communication, giving opportunities, and council engagement.
oDevelop and implement year-round individual giving strategies to acquire, retain, and grow donors at all levels.

•Peer-to-Peer Fundraising
oManage and solicit the annual Family Partnership Campaign, a peer-to-peer fundraising campaign for Girl Scout volunteers and families.

oProvide training, toolkits, and support materials to empower fundraisers to effectively represent GSNETX.

Pizza Cooks are responsible for making pizzas from start to finish, re-stocking products used in the station, using the deep fryer when necessary, baking side dishes in the oven, serving customers, assisting with the chef special station, and maintaining a clean working environment.
11. Catering Assistant:
Catering assistants are responsible for helping the Lunda Center staff set up dining table layouts and buffets, transport food items from the Production Kitchen to the Lunda Center, assist in preparing catering food items, bussing, and washing dishes, and serving tables or buffet lines according to the event. Occasionally more hours can be obtained by learning positions at the Union Market.
