Role Responsibilities

Role Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
Admission to at least one U.S. state bar.

Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills.
Experience with review of complex legal documents and/or preparation of complex legal responses/documents.

**Job Responsibilities**
