In this fast-paced role, you'll provide valuable executive assistant support to approximately five of our VP's located in the US. You will have a wide range of executive assistant responsibilities, which range from heavy calendar management, travel (including international travel), expense reports, and assistance with presentations. You will collaborate with other executive assistants to coordinate meetings and deliverables for senior executive leaders.
Role Responsibilities
Performs secretarial and administrative duties for Sr Management.
Oversees the executives' schedule, arranging appointments, travel, meetings, conference calls, etc.
Performs additional duties in support of functional work, including procurement activities, communications, etc.
Exercises initiative and independent judgment with frequent access to confidential and complex information.
Uses strong knowledge of corporate policy and may be called upon to interpret and communicate the Executive's intent to other managers.
Role Requirements
Bachelor's degree or specialized certification preferred.
5-10 years of experience working with senior executives as an Executive Assistant.
Highly professional, diligent, and dependable as you will be dealing regularly with highly confidential information.
You will be forward thinking and be able to anticipate needs with the ability to know when to be discreet.
Prioritization and planning are key to being successful in this role, as well as excellent communication and IT literacy, with tools such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Concur, and Zoom.
Ability to build effective working relationships across the business and be efficient with your time.

Salary

Role Requirements

In this role, you will:
* Provide credit deal team support responsible for accurate initiation of loan packages, review of loan documentation and pre-closing/closing tasks for direct and operating exposure.

Salary
