Partners with Branch Manager and Talent Acquisition to interview and assist in the selection candidates for the branch network. Ensures a rich onboarding experience for new hires. Ensures branch operations run efficiently by overseeing and monitoring scheduling, security, cash and vault management, expenses and general ledgers, equipment, adherence to policies and procedures, service quality, and audits. Through servant leadership, ensure branch needs are met by stepping in as a USR 1, 2, or 3 or other operational positions, as needed.
