What is the role?The Assistant Branch Manager is a relationship-driven frontline leader, responsible for partnering with the Branch Manager to maintain a positive, highly motivated, and well-trained branch that provides superior member service and promotes member financial success. What is the role?This role is responsible for supporting the operation and function of all Westerra leased facilities, owned buildings, grounds, and equipment to ensure safe and functional spaces for members and employees. What is the role?
The Marketing Technology Architect is responsible for owning, integrating, and optimizing Westerra's end-to-end marketing technology ecosystem to drive member growth, acquisition, personalization, and measurement. FUNCTION DESCRIPTION: The Payment Support Specialist II will assist with all Payment Support department functions including the daily monitoring and processing of all ACH, Wire and Check transactions for the credit union. Responsible for processing multiple incoming daily Federal Reserve ACH return files in accordance with Nacha governing regulations.
Responsible for processing ACH disputed transactions (credits/debits) to and from members accounts as well as ACH stop payments, EFTs, and government reclamations.
Responsible for processing adjustments and corrections related to electronic and check transactions.
Responsible for requests, disputes and escalations associated with any Payment Support functions including BBB, DORA, NCUA and direct complaints.
Handles member contact regarding errors and disputes to include processing of paperwork.
Responsible for processing both domestic and international incoming and outgoing wires via WITS wire transfer system accurately and timely.
Responsible for research of wire trace recalls and wire disputes ensuring full resolution.
Retrieve Federal Reserve check return files and process all chargeback items.
Responsible for processing check in-clearing files and settlements daily.
Responsible for End of Day balancing and settlement as well as assisting Reconciliation and Accounting teams with reconciliation of ACH, Wire and Check files.
Partner with other internal departments to research and resolve processing issues related to department functions.
Participate in partner and team meetings to provide support and expertise.

What is the role?
The Retail Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) is responsible for generating mortgage production through proactive outside sales while also assisting members and prospective members with their mortgage needs. The primary responsibility is to attract new business through referral relationships and community presence, while also acting on member referrals, credit-union-generated leads, and a limited number of inbound calls.
Retail MLOs will develop strong partnerships with realtors, builders, and other referral sources to promote Westerra's portfolio and secondary-market mortgage products. They will guide applicants through the mortgage process from initial consultation to closing, partnering closely with operations, branches, and the contact center to provide an exceptional member experience.
What will be expected of me?
* Develop, strengthen, and maintain referral relationships with external partners such as realtors, builders, financial advisors, and community organizations to grow self-generated mortgage production.

What is the role?
This role provides consumer lending support and guidance to internal teams, non-members, and 3rd party companies, aligning with Westerra Experience service initiatives. What is the role?
The USR role is primarily responsible for providing exceptional member service through a consultative approach by engaging our members in solutions-based conversations. This position is a relationship building role with a blend of financial transactions performed on the teller-line, and further deepening relationships with account servicing and basic loan originations. Assists members with transactional needs according to established processes and service standards, including answering member inquiries and issue resolution
