SUMMARY: Creates and oversees developmentally appropriate, nurturing, and stimulating environment for infants and young children.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
In conjunction with the recreation specialist, creates developmentally - age appropriate activities for young children that meet their physical, cognitive, social and emotional needs.
Assesses children's developmental needs and plans appropriate activities for each child.
Document interactions with clients including any concerns or issues that arise during planned activities
Maintains safe, hygienic, well-organized environment at all times.
Provides monthly status for reporting procedures to supervisor.
Promptly reports possible child abuse or neglect to supervisor or Service Coordinator and calls in report when necessary.
Maintains adequate supply of formula, juice, healthy snacks, and emergency diapers and clothing.
Trains and supervises assistants and volunteers in developmentally-appropriate practices with children.
Supervises Assistant Teachers and volunteers.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Relevant Bachelor's Degree preferred. Previous experience working with
young children are required.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent English and Math skills required. Two years related experience. Clean driver's license. Able to pass CLDC Commercial License test within two months of hire. Some weekend and/or evening hours may be required.

The Scattered Site Housing Program (SSHP) is a community based, permanent, supportive housing program for HIV/AIDS Services Administration (HASA) clients. All units are leased in the agency's name. Seventy-five percent of the units are for single individuals and twenty-five percent are for families. Both case management and housing maintenance services are provided. In addition, clients receive partial financial assistance with their utility bills. Clients with income other than Public Assistance must pay thirty percent of their household's income to the program as rent.
Program Description
Our supportive housing programs include Scattered Site Housing Programs (SSHP) and Emergency transitional Housing (ETHP). These programs provide hundreds of units of housing in the community and SRO type housing in our 24 hour congregate residences to individuals and families living with HIV/AIDS, other chronic health conditions, mental illness, and/or substance use disorders.
Our programs provide case management services to ensure that clients are connected to and maintain primary health care; secure behavioral health care when needed; and are connected to other services that support them in becoming and remaining permanently housed. CAMBA's holistic approach includes providing services to family members as needed.
The programs also provide operational support, including but not limited to, assistance with moving; setting up utility services; and apartment repairs.
Position: Vice President of Housing
Reports To: Executive Vice President

What the Vice President of Housing Does
The person filling this position is expected to: (1) Oversee Operations: Direct and coordinate the daily operations of one or more departments and/or a major division of CAMBA; (2) Support Organizational Strategy: Assist the Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer in developing and implementing organizational policies, procedures, and long-term strategic goals; and, (3) Represent CAMBA: Serve as a key representative in meetings and negotiations with funders, external agencies, and community stakeholders.
Maintain professional relationships with clients and client confidentiality.
Practice Universal Precautions and follow standard Protocol & Procedures.
Comply with all Federal, State, City and CAMBA security and privacy polices intended to protect the security and privacy of individually identifiable health information.
Understand all aspects of contract requirements and communicate this understanding to staff.
Ensure that all goals, targets, and performance outcomes are met on a monthly/cycle basis.

Ensure that any disciplinary action taken regarding staff follows CAMBA's disciplinary policy and procedure.
Prepare performance appraisals for direct reporting staff.
In consultation with CAMBA's Human Resources Department and the Executive Vice President make firing recommendations.
Prepare contract reports and statistical information for both CAMBA management and funder use.
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all staff weekly/monthly/quarterly/semester/annual reports.
Complete program forms and reports for the agency's finance, payroll and human resources departments as required.
Confer with and make recommendations to the Executive Vice-President and the Chief Administrative Officer regarding programmatic, personnel and organizational matters.
Immediately report to the Executive Vice-President and Chief Administrative Officer any monitoring visits, funder notifications; significant events; or any incident that might subject CAMBA to liability.
Identify new funding opportunities.
Participate in the grant writing process and other funding initiatives.
Prepare program modifications; monitoring contract spending and work with fiscal staff on budget modifications as needed.
Develop and implement Quality Assurance measures to ensure quality service delivery to clients.

What The Foreclosure Prevention Counselor Does
Assist clients in completing CAMBA intake applications and forms.
Conduct legal intake and assessment of clients and clients' families' situations and needs.
Conduct home visits in order to intake and follow‑up services.
Assist clients in completing packages and/or applications for loan modifications, fair hearings and other administrative proceedings.
Research and analyze law sources such as statutes, recorded judicial decisions, legal articles, legal codes, etc.

Position: MICA Specialist

What The MICA Specialist Does:
Serve as a liaison with outside organizations regarding such matters as employment, education, healthcare, housing, social services, legal issues, etc.

Provide individualized counseling on drug and alcohol addiction and related topics.

Conduct initial intake and assessment of clients' needs and periodic re-assessments.
Create and maintain client electronic and paper files.
Prepare initial psychosocial evaluation and update according to regulations.
Obtain and maintain relevant documentation and release forms from clients (i.e., birth certificate, proof of income, medical documents, release of Personal Health Information, etc.).
In collaboration with clients, conduct periodic revisions of independent living plans including short-term and long-term client goals.

Provide all required information for weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reports.
May act as client liaison/client advocate with outside organizations regarding such matters as education, healthcare, housing, legal issues, etc.

Make recommendations for improvement as it relates to performance management based on investigation outcomes.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor degree required with 5-10 years of experience in employee relations, workplace investigations and human resources management. Position Description
Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) is seeking to fill the position of Director of Treasury Operations. This position will be part of LISC's Treasury Department and will report to LISC's Vice President & Treasurer. The Director will work in close coordination with other members of LISC Treasury as well as Accounting, FP&A, IT, Legal, and Lending. The Director of Treasury Operations will be responsible for cash management and transaction processing (approving wire transfer and ACH transactions). The Director will also monitor monthly reconciliations with the Accounting Department, oversee treasury management, identify opportunities for process improvements, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in treasury operations. The Director will cross-train on Treasury reporting activities and provide support to this function as needed. The primary duties of the position include:
Oversee daily cash management requirements and transaction processing
Ensure adequate cash balances for daily operations
Review and release wire transfer and ACH transactions
Evaluate cost and services of current provider's and competitors' treasury management portals
Manage systems, collection, and storage of transaction data
Act as primary security administrator for J.P. Morgan Access and other treasury management portals
Direct proper maintenance of files and preservation of essential documentation
Partner with the Accounting Department on monthly reconciliations
Liaise with Accounting to oversee proper monthly recording of cash and investment portfolio activity
Serve as project manager for CDFI Bond Guarantee Program (BGP)
Ensure compliance and reporting requirements are met
Monitor pledged loans and oversee collateral substitutions
Invest monies in BGP debt service and risk-share accounts
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in treasury operations
Review policies and procedures on an annual basis to ensure automation and best practices are incorporated
Collaborate with colleagues in IT, Lending, and Legal departments to incorporate ongoing process improvements and prompt resolution of inter-departmental issues
Support loan portfolio reporting functions within Treasury
Support the analytic needs of Chief Financial Officer, Senior VPs of Lending, Chief Credit Officer, Treasurer and field offices with ad hoc analyses, projections and financial models.
Cross-train on internal and external reporting, including monthly loan portfolio performance and trends, quarterly portfolio analysis, and external reporting to S&P, AERIS, CDFI Fund, etc. Provide inputs and backstop these functions as needed.
As needed, assist in coordinating reporting to LISC's current lenders and due diligence packages for lenders, industry surveys, and funding applications.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or relevant requisite work experience
Minimum eight (8) years of work-related experience in cash management and treasury operations; non-profit experience preferred.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, sound decision-making ability, and a proven focus on operational excellence.
Prior experience working with a treasury management portal, experience using J.P. Morgan Access preferred.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms a plus.
Strong time management and organizational skills in a demanding fast paced environment.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
Skilled in aligning tactical decision making with organizational strategy to drive greater impact.
