About the role:
As a Contracts Manager, Government Programs you will support several U.S. Government Federal programs. Working with a small, multi-dimensional group, you will lead the contractual processes with all partners. You will report to the VP, Chief Operations and Admin Officer, Westinghouse Government Services and work 100% REMOTE.

Qualifications:

* Certified Professional Contracts Manager or similar preferred.
* Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and agency supplements
* In-depth understanding of government systems, programs and contractual obligations between a government body, a privately-run company and multiple sub-contractors
* US citizenship required

The challenge
Own project management from planning through closeout for medium-complexity NDE initiatives-or drive a defined workstream within a highly complex program.
Lead teams of approximately 10-30 professionals, including project controls and sub-project managers.
Serve as the Technical Inputs Lead for medium-complexity proposals; step into a deputy PM capacity on highly complex efforts with direct guidance from a ProgramManager or higher.
Your environment
Based out of our Waltz Mill facility in Madison, PA, you'll be in a mobile role with 2-3 on-site days per week. You'll report to the Manager of Reactor & BOP Inspection Operations.
What success looks like
Plan: Author project plans; set scope, schedule, and cost baselines.
Execute and control:
Deliver profitable outcomes and staff projects per departmental protocols.
Manage scope, schedule, cost, risk, procurement, quality, resources, communications, and stakeholder engagement with purposeful delegation.
Translate contract requirements and changes through an integrated change management process.
Forecast costs and performance using EVM; meet all reporting needs.
Validate spend against baselines and scope; maintain audit-ready records.
Publish team and customer-facing metrics and process maps to ensure clarity.
Establish databases, systems, and procedures for streamlined correspondence and document management.
Close: Archive across financial, scheduling, document, and resource systems; complete final quality assessments; capture lessons learned, improvements, and risk-avoidance strategies for future work.
Influence: Be the single representative to customers, architect engineers, constructors, suppliers, Westinghouse in-country representatives, and internal business units; align objectives with adjacent project groups.

Qualifications that set you apart
Bachelor's in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical discipline-or equivalent non-degreed technical experience in field service, nuclear, power plants, NDE, oil/gas, or construction. Preferred: Bachelor's in Project Management or Engineering.
1-3 years as a project manager, or 3+ years in a technical role across the industries above; preferred: 2+ years PM experience in engineering, manufacturing, nuclear, or construction.

About the role:

This is a mobile or remote role that can be performed from our Cranberry Township, PA and/or Warrendale, PA facilities, or remotely with expected levels of travel to U.S. and international sites. A valid U.S. Passport is required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for project management processes for several high complexity project sub systems, leading a medium-sized teams (average 30 team members). Support proposal process for upcoming opportunities, as assigned.
* Oversee the development of the component designs governed by Design Specifications from KEPCO E&C A/E. cost estimates and offers for support and modifications. Support and/or drive customer concurrent engineering efforts and establish design baselines for implementation.
* Responsible for the Westinghouse scope planning process including authoring project management plans and developing scope, schedule, and cost baselines as well as risk and stakeholder registers per Westinghouse Project Management Requirements (WPMR) for assigned sub systems.
* Based on project management plan, follow department protocols for acquiring team member resources needed to complete the work. Interpret and transmit project/contract requirements and subsequent changes to functional groups following an integrated change management process. * Use interpersonal skills to cultivate positive relationships with team, customer and other stakeholders (e.g. internal management) in a matrix environment to facilitate successful project completion as well as identify opportunities for additional business growth.
* Use and support Westinghouse project management systems and controls.
* Support financial planning through accurately tracking and forecasting spending.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree. Applicable disciplines are Project Management, Engineering, Business, Construction Management or related technical discipline.
* Advanced degree in Project Management, Engineering , Construction or Business preferred
* 5+ years of experience as project manager leading and directing low to moderate complexity projects to successful completion (3 years of project management and 2 years of experience in a technical leadership role may be considered)
* 6+ years of experience as project manager in a technical industry such as engineering, manufacturing, nuclear or construction preferred.
