The Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of manufacturing operations. This role ensures production efficiency, quality control, safety compliance, and team development in alignment with company goals and strategic initiatives.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
May include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Lead plant operations to meet production targets, quality standards, and safety goals.
* Oversee the layout and optimization of equipment, workflow, and workforce utilization specific to concrete tile manufacturing.
* Develop and execute operational strategies to improve throughput, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement using lean manufacturing principles (e.g., Kaizen, Six Sigma).
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Development, and Supply Chain to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
* Manage plant budgets, including operating and capital expenditures, aligned with market demand and business forecasts.
* Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other relevant safety and environmental regulations.
* Promote a safe work environment and lead initiatives to achieve zero-injury performance.
* Train and develop supervisory and managerial talent within the plant.

Education

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US markets. The pay range $140,000 - $182,000 per year is based on relevant market data in our lowest and highest geographic markets. Create requisitions for approval for purchase of spare parts and non-spare parts within SAP and purchase orders from released requisitions (in adherence to Westlake policies and procedures).

Work with engineers and construction coordinators on installation, testing, and commissioning of newly installed devices.

Participate in both onsite and offsite technical training opportunities.
Be assigned small projects to lead from conception through completion.

Job Summary

Responsibilities
Under the immediate direction of a qualified licensed Staff Pharmacist, you will be trained to draw, dispense, and package radiopharmaceuticals in accordance with the regulations of the State Board of Pharmacy. Many of your duties will include:

Qualifications
High school diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred
0-1 years of experience preferred
Registration with the State Board of Pharmacy, licensure as a Pharmacy Technician or PTCB preferred
Experience as a Pharmacy Technician preferred
Past IV experience is a plus
Valid driver's license and good driving record required
Minimum of 18 years of age due to driving of company owned vehicle required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Manual dexterity required for occasional reach, lifting and holding of small objects
Demonstrated manual dexterity to dispense doses
Ability to manage up to 75 pounds
Flexibility to work various shifts
Comfortable performing repetitive motions/tasks
Comfortable working in a nuclear environment
Ability to work weekends or be in a weekend rotation
Ability to work holidays or be in a holiday rotation
