What Radiation Therapy contributes to Cardinal Health
Radiation is a medical specialty that uses radiation to treat cancer and alleviate symptoms, and it can also be used for certain non-cancerous conditions. Radiation Therapy ensures the safe and effective delivery of radiation therapy to a patient's tumor using a linear accelerator machine. The Radiation Therapist is responsible for administering prescribed doses of radiation to specific body parts, using radiation therapy equipment, according to established practices and standards.
Responsibilities
Administer radiation therapy as prescribed by the physician.
Verify prescribed treatment dose before each treatment; verify fields to be treated, and angles to be used.
Assure placement of protective devices in order to shield otherwise healthy exposed tissue of patients.
Simulates patients using simulator, CT scanner or other devices to accurately localize treatment areas.
Display professional conduct essential to the well being of the radiation oncology patient.
Maintain accurate and detailed treatment chart documentation.
Observe the clinical progress of the patient, use clinical decision making skills to recognize and report any signs of complications.
Adhere to radiation safety procedure protocol.
Perform machine safety checks; know safe limits of equipment operations, and report abnormalities or inconsistencies to the Center Leader.
Work closely with the Radiation Oncologist and the therapy team in the preparation of a treatment plan.
Adhere to the Radiation Therapist Code of Ethics.
Regular attendance and punctuality.
Ability to be on call.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Ensures that all processing and reporting deadlines are consistently achieved.
Perform any other functions as required by management.

POSITION SUMMARY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead a multidisciplinary team of NPD engineers and support staff to deliver customer projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

* Prepare and present comprehensive project proposals to customers, covering scope, costing, timelines, deliverables, and services.

This position has one (1) direct report and is responsible for ensuring that PSG California follows all Federal, State and local agencies regulations, training, and any other requirements by such agencies, our insurance companies, and Company (PSG & Dover) requirements. The EHS Manager will serve as a subject matter expert on all safety, compliance, regulatory, workers' comp, and related insurance requirements.
What You'll Do
* Lead and manage staff to support changing business and EH&S needs.
* Overall EH&S management of PSG California, LLC. locations, Grand Terrace, CA, North Hollywood, CA, and Yuma, CO.
* Promote a positive safety culture within the company, ensuring all employees are well-connected around a common goal of safe practices.
* Lead successful process improvement (i.e. Kaizen) events / projects focused on the realm of safety. This includes the upfront planning, cross functional team building, event execution, leadership report out, and long-term action items closure for a frequent schedule of Safety Kaizen events.
* Organize and maintain the company's Safety Training Program for employees on policies, regulations, company standards and procedures. Create training on safety topics relevant to the organization's work habits and injury history.
* Develops, implements, and maintains all procedures and protocols encompassing the company's Industrial Safety Program in compliance with all CAL-OSHA, OSHA, and ISO 45001. This includes routine auditing and fact-finding to ensure ongoing adherence.
* Develops, implements, and maintains procedures and protocols related to the company's Environmental Programs in compliance with all Federal, State, County Legislation, and ISO 14001. This includes routine auditing and fact-finding to ensure ongoing adherence.
* Partners with Human Resources on Workers' Compensation Program including implementing and maintaining policies and procedures that follow PSG/Dover standards and State legislation.
* Develops, implements, and maintains all procedures and protocols encompassing the company's Business Continuity Planning in accordance with relevant legal, regulatory, and business requirements to mitigate risks associated with business disruptions. This position will direct all aspects of business continuity planning from strategy though implementation.
* Oversee ongoing Security Measures for the facilities during non-operating periods. Performs periodic inspections to ensure integrity of associated measures.
* Overseas proper operation of the facilities Fire Monitoring Systems during all times (24/7). Performs periodic inspections to ensure integrity of associated measures.
* Responsible for the Emergency Response Program and Evacuations.
* Responsible for Security and Safety monitoring of facility and security system.
* Assists in the annual 3rd party accreditation assessment of the company's Integrated Management System (ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
* Must be flexible and available by phone in the event of an emergency.
* Performs all other duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring
* Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University.
* 5+ years of experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Management, program development and implementation.
* Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
* Relevant professional certification(s), such as a certification from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, OSHA 30, DOT/HAZMAT, CPR/FA/AED/BBP is preferred.
* ISO 45001 Lead or Internal Auditor, ISO 14001 Lead or Internal Auditor Certified preferred.
* Knowledge of Safety and Environmental Health principles include the ability to identify known potential exposures and recommended corrective actions as demonstrated by prior work experience.
* Ability to understand and identify applicable requirements from Cal/OSHA Safety & Health and Worker's Comp., 29 C.F.R., and 49 U.S.C. 501, et seq.
* Knowledgeable in DOZUKI, ENABLON Software desired
* Possesses management, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities
Under the immediate direction of a qualified licensed Staff Pharmacist, you will be trained to draw, dispense, and package radiopharmaceuticals in accordance with the regulations of the State Board of Pharmacy. Many of your duties will include:

Job Description Summary
Location: Ontario, California
Start Date: May 18 or 26, 2026
Hours: Approximately 40 hours a week for a minimum of 10 weeks
As an Operations Intern, you could potentially support the organization in several of the following ways:
* Partner with site leaders to identify, analyze, and implement new or improved processes
* Document and present solutions to site leadership to make our processes more efficient, consistent and cost effective
* Develop, optimize, measure, and maintain performance and productivity
* Assist and collaborate with leaders in functional teams such as receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, delivery, etc.
* Assist in the management of daily warehouse operations, optimizing workflow and increasing productivity
* Exposure to processing orders including accurately picking, performing quality control checks, sorting, consolidating freight, building, and wrapping pallets, packing, loading, and preparing orders for shipment
* Cross-training in multiple areas of the warehouse and participating in projects as needed
* Analyze existing key performance indicators (KPI)
* Design and document workflows to ensure operational effectiveness
* Identify and develop reporting capabilities and data visualization tools to analyze metrics and ensure operational effectiveness
* Participate in a Kaizen event

Qualifications
To be considered for the Cardinal Health Summer 2026 Internship Program, candidates should meet a combination of the following criteria:
* Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Management, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field, preferred
* Expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2027, preferred
* Knowledge of supply chain principles, Lean Six Sigma or other improvement techniques, preferred
* Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
* Demonstrated leadership, communication and analytical skills
* Participation in extracurricular activities, community organizations and/or professional associations
* Must have unlimited work authorization in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
