Responsibilities
Diagnose, maintain, and repair truck systems including: Electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning and transmission.
Communicate directly with the service advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
Maintain a clean working environment.
Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
Qualifications
High degree of mechanical aptitude with a focus on efficiency.
Effective oral & written communication
Ability to follow directions
Comprehension of safety & policy practices
Ability to use a computer

Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

The Role
