Career Opportunity: The Production Supervisor - Converting will be responsible for the safe and efficient production operations within the Converting department of the facility. In this role you will communicate performance expectations to ensure production targets and metrics are met, achieve production demands, supervise machine productivity and quality, as well as supervising, coaching, and mentoring of team members. This position is located at the Aston, PA Corrugated Container facility and will be responsible for the 2nd shift. Relocation is available for the right candidate. How you will impact Smurfit Westrock: * Manage manufacturing employees to include performance reviews and disciplinary actions * Make recommendations to improve safety, environmental and health of the entire facility * Manage the day-to-day operations of the shift with constant emphasis on safety, quality, delivery and cost. * Monitor production activities to eliminate waste and ensure adherence to production and shipping schedule * Work with other team members to control and improve efficiencies, minimize labor overtime, downtime and repair expenses * Control load factors and workflow to ensure maximum use of available capacity and effective use of labor, tools and equipment * Execute safety briefs to team members on designated shift, daily, weekly, monthly and annually * Monitor workplace safety environment to identify and address any unsafe conditions * Ensure compliance with plant safety regulations, safe work practices, plant policies, and encourage employees to become safety-conscious * Monitor and track production daily goals for the Converting machines utilizing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and report results on the plant scorecard * Manage workforce planning, including fulfillment of work schedules and adherence to attendance policies (vacations, floating days, call ins, etc.) * Communicate effectively with all functional areas of the plant to ensure all production needs are successfully achieved * Promote positive employee relations and interdepartmental communication and collaboration * Supervise daily production activities, including oversight of team members, and monitor performance levels of each team member * Monitor and participate in Daily Management Systems (DMS) to track progress against production goals and enable performance excellence. This position is located at: **This position is located at Spectrum Health Services /Spectrum Pharmacy at Cottman Avenue 3525 Cottman Ave, Philadelphia, PA and 5201 Haverford Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19139** **Pharmacy Hours: Monday - Thursday: 9AM to 6PM , Friday: 9AM to 5PM** **Schedule: PRN working as needed and cover PTO** **_Responsibilities_** + Retrieves and prepares the medication for pharmacist review and verification; organizes medications for pharmacist to dispense; profiles prescriptions; prepares labels and calculates quantities. + Ensures medication availability. + Maintains pharmacy inventory; replenishes and maintains inventory as needed. + Communicates with patients, prescribers, and other staff to solve problems or answer questions. + Works with pharmacy team to ensure best practices are utilized for 340B compliance. + Maintains professional working relationships at all times with pharmacy team, physicians, nurses, and other care team members. + Understands that the requirements of working in a pharmacy are varied and may change as demands on the department change. + Be available to the customer/patients at all times. + Maintains friendly and helpful attitude at all times when dealing with customers. + Maintains a safe and clean pharmacy by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. + Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. **_Qualifications_** + High school degree or equivalent preferred + Minimum 1 year retail pharmacy technician experience preferred + PTCB Pharmacy Technician certification preferred + Currently registered in the state of Pennsylvania as a pharmacy technician or within 90 days of hire required + 340B program experience preferred + May require vendor credentialing **_What is expected of you and others at this level_** + Applies acquired knowledge and skills to complete standard tasks + Readily learns and applies new information and methods to work in assigned area + Maintains appropriate licenses, training and certifications + Works on routine assignments that require some problem resolution + Works within clearly defined standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods + Adheres to all quality guidelines + Works under moderate degree of supervision + Work typically involves regular review of output by work lead or supervisor + Refers complex unusual problems to supervisor **Anticipated hourly range:** $21.20 per hour - $27.18 per hour **Bonus eligible:** No **Benefits:** Paid time off in compliance with applicable laws **Application window anticipated to close:** 02/08/2026 *if interested in opportunity, please submit application as soon as possible. **For hourly range or hourly range based on experience, please include this sentence:** The hourly range listed is an estimate.
