What you need to succeed:

What You Will Do:

What is PCA's POE Program?
The POE Program is a 2-year rotational training program designed to give recent engineering graduates in depth, hands-on technical training in the Maintenance and Production departments of a corrugated box plant, and a well-rounded understanding of the corrugated packaging industry as a whole. In addition, POEs will complete engineering process optimization projects throughout the box plant, typically in areas of scrap reduction, throughput improvements, downtime reduction, etc., and will provide engineering support to all plant functions as needed.
Upon successful completion of the program, the Plant Optimization Engineer will transition into a new full-time role in the chosen career path either at their current plant, or another plant or paper mill that has an opening that aligns with their skills and interests.
Typical career paths for those who have completed the POE Program include box plant leadership/management positions in Production or Maintenance.
Principle Accountabilities:
Work closely and communicate often with the assigned POE Mentor throughout the program to help stay on track and reinforce the goals of the role.

Organize and implement moderate to large process improvements, problem elimination and capital/expense projects focusing on asset health and overall improved reliability.

Leggett & Platt Automotive is searching for a Validation Testing Technician to join our Electronics Validation Engineering team to help support our Automotive business at the Detroit Technical Center (DTC) in Detroit MI. So, what will you be doing as a Validation Testing Technician?
Performing and documenting lab testing on prototypes, components, and systems.

Ensuring traceability and accuracy of test data through defined processes.

Farm Route/Delivery Driver
Red Stag LLC is seeking dedicated Class A CDL Farm Route/Delivery Drivers to safely and efficiently load milk from local dairy farms and transport it to designated drop yards/plants. This role requires strict adherence to safety and food-handling protocols, strong communication with dispatch, and full compliance with all regulations to ensure reliable and high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
Safely and efficiently load milk products onto trailers using proper equipment and techniques.
Complete all assigned loads on time while maintaining full compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
Communicate clearly with dispatch regarding routes, delays, mechanical issues, or any operational concerns.
Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance of trucks and equipment.
Follow all food safety and milk-handling protocols to protect product integrity.
Complete required paperwork and maintain accurate delivery and load records.
Represent Red Stag professionally and courteously while building positive relationships with farmers and customers.
Adhere to all federal and state transportation and dairy regulations.
Practice safe and responsible milk-handling procedures at all times.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Valid Class A CDL with tanker endorsement.
Minimum age: 23 years old.
Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving experience.
At least 1 year of liquid tanker experience is required.
No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
Clean MVR (No more than 2 moving vehicle violations in the past 3 years)
Ability to obtain and maintain a Milk Handler Certification.
Current Medical Card and the ability to meet insurability requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with ELDs (Electronic Logging Devices) and Hours-of-Service requirements.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to drop and hook trailers efficiently.
Ability to climb ladders to inspect trailer seals.
Strong navigation, situational awareness, and route-management problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to work holidays and weekends as needed.
Physical ability to bend, stoop, pull, climb, kneel, crouch, squat, lift up to 50 lbs., sit for long periods, and reach overhead.

Processes packages returned from customer locations
Maintains vehicles in proper working condition and may perform minor roadside repairs
