What is PCA's POE Program?

Schedule

• Tracks freight receipts
• Verify and process daily raw material receipts and update corporate AP spreadsheet
• Update freight spreadsheet as needed for AP exceptions to freight invoices
• Verify, track, or research CSX shipments for raw material railcar deliveries
• File receiving & shipping paperwork
• File Raw Material receipt documents daily as completed
• File incoming/outgoing BOL paperwork
• Maintain files for office
• Collects and distributes mail
• Manage office supplies by monitoring usage, ordering new supplies, organizing supply closet and maintaining effectiveness
• Monitor Gate Entrance camera and assist with visitors as needed
• Answer outside line - questions related to shipping, location, and transfers to appropriate party
