Title: Technical Trainer The Training Specialist oversees the training processes, standards, and tools locally. The role partners with the operations team to ensure training is tracked, measured and available for Operator/Craft Certification. They will partner with the Division, COE Team to implement and improve learning standards and systems locally and measure and track training in the local LMS.
