I stopped by their Bolingbrook location and their maintenance guy came up and was very rude and short with me like bothered him. I'm not a mind reader and to be that rude is ridiculous. If he was busy he should have stayed in the back but the fact he came up seemed like he wasn't that busy. That is not an employee that is respectful to vendors that stop in not every visit requires an appointment so e visits are short.
I think people need to be held accountable for how they represent the company they work.
It's good that they are diverse company and will hire anyone but they need to make sure they represent the companies culture
I like the fact that I got along with all my coworkers, especially the ones on the contractor. Communication on our machine was hands down the best in the plant. We all looked out for one another. Pay was competitive, decent benefits, management was extremely knowledgeable, and people friendly.
Looking back i don't really have anything bad to say about the place.
I'd have to say communication between fellow coworkers and upper management

Mill general manager who fails to confront staff employees directly regarding performance issues. Instead using reorg as way to oust. One employee notified of supposed issues at time of appraisal and given zero opportunity to rebuff or correct. Understand that mill manager has been replaced.
