Job Responsibilities
Provide continuous assessment, monitoring, and care for critically ill patients in the ICU.

Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Qualifications

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.

• Must be available to work at least 2 of the 3 major holidays during the contract

• Preference for candidates with a history of assignments longer than 8 weeks at high-volume, reputable facilities

Job Responsibilities
Supervise and manage nursing staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
Ensure delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centered care in compliance with clinical guidelines and organizational policies.
Develop, implement, and monitor nursing policies, procedures, and best practices.
Collaborate with physicians, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Manage department budgets, staffing levels, and resource allocation efficiently.

Qualifications
Current RegisteredNurse (RN) license in good standing.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred.
BLS and ACLS certifications required.
Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of nursing practices, healthcare regulations, and quality standards.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
