The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional nursing care in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. Job Responsibilities Monitor, assess, and care for patients with complex cardiovascular conditions in an intensive care setting. Administer medications, manage ventilators, and operate advanced cardiac life support equipment. Collaborate with cardiologists, surgeons, and interdisciplinary teams to plan and implement care. Respond promptly to changes in patient status and perform emergency interventions as necessary. Document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes accurately and in a timely manner. Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families regarding treatment and recovery. Adhere to infection control, safety protocols, and quality assurance standards. Qualifications Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice. Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred). Minimum of 2 years of critical care experience, preferably in CVICU or cardiac ICU settings. ACLS and BLS certifications required; CCRN preferred. Strong knowledge of cardiovascular pathophysiology and critical care protocols. Excellent clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work in high-stress situations.
