Seth P. Bernstein was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of AllianceBernstein (AB) in 2017. In 2018, he was appointed Senior Executive Vice President of Equitable Holdings. Prior to his appointment at AB, Bernstein had a distinguished 32-year career at JPMorgan Chase, most recently as managing director and global head of Managed Solutions & Strategy at J.P. Among other roles, Bernstein served as managing director and global head of Fixed Income & Currency for 10 years, concluding in 2012. Bernstein holds a BA in political science and economics from Haverford College, and is a member of the Board of Managers of Haverford College. Location: New York.

John M. Dowd serves as chief executive officer at Fiduciary Trust Company International. He is a member of the Board of Directors and chairs the Management and Operating Committees. Mr. Dowd has almost 30 years of experience in wealth management. Prior to joining Fiduciary Trust in 2016, he served as executive vice president and senior managing director for Wells Fargo Wealth Management, where he oversaw the Northeast region. Mr. Dowd’s previous positions also included serving as head of wealth management for Bank of New York. He is a past chairman of the trust and investments section of the New York State Banker’s Association.
