The Opportunity
We're searching for a proven Director of Manufacturing & Assembly-a hands-on operations leader who thrives where creativity meets complexity. You'll lead and develop teams of builders, technicians, and assemblers who bring our world-renowned water features to life. You'll partner closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Project Management to align build schedules, optimize flow, and foster a production environment that values both precision and pride of craft.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across our manufacturing and assembly departments, ensuring operational excellence, safety, and product quality
Lead a team of supervisors, assemblers, and fabricators, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and craftsmanship
Translate engineering intent into real-world build plans-optimizing production schedules, work sequencing, and material flow
Champion process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce rework, and enhance team performance
Partner with Supply Chain and Logistics to ensure materials and components are available and verified for every build phase
Collaborate closely with Engineering and Quality to resolve technical issues and continuously improve manufacturability
Support team development through training, mentorship, and structured career pathways
Maintain tight alignment with project delivery schedules, balancing hands-on engagement with strategic oversight

Hands-on approach with the ability to lead through example-comfortable on the floor with tools, drawings, and people
Strong knowledge of lean principles, 5S, and workflow optimization in custom fabrication environments
Collaborative communicator who thrives in cross-functional design/build settings
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or equivalent experience

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

Review, process, and track invoices, deposits, and purchase orders in partnership with Finance.
Maintain up-to-date contracts, project files, and documentation in coordination with Legal and internal teams.

Support process improvement initiatives, resource planning, and performance tracking to enhance operational efficiency.
Executive Support (≈ 20%)
Provide direct administrative and project support to the Vice President of Legacy / WET Care.

Ensure key initiatives and communications from leadership are tracked and executed effectively.

Onkar Builders Inc is looking for a qualified Candidate to help with administrative skills in the office. You must be self-motivated, self-directed, and enthusiastic. You are driven to project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction while working cooperatively with others to manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.
Specific Responsibilities:
Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
Bookkeeping and job costing using Quickbooks
Payroll
Call potential customers to explain the company services
Assist with the scheduling of services
Notify customers of service call status and follow up with customers after the work is completed
Collect all monies from all sources
Clerical duty as required including customer and job data entry
Perform other duties as required. These duties may include job functions that are outside the scope of normal job duties.
Job Requirements:
Proficient in Quickbooks Online and data entry **
Computer literate with proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and other computer software
Experience in Xactware would be helpful, but not mandatory
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong data entry and skills
Professional appearance and personality
Team player who can work independently
Bilingual in Spanish/English (Preferred, but not required)

Summary
This position builds, wires, and tests industrial control panels used in automation for major water feature projects worldwide. The role demands precise craftsmanship, the ability to read and follow electrical schematics, and a commitment to reliability and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble and wire complex control panels and enclosures from electrical drawings, schematics, and bills of material
Terminate power, signal, and communication wiring (24 VDC, 120/480 VAC, Ethernet, analog/digital I/O)
Mount and connect PLCs, VFDs, relays, breakers, power supplies, terminal blocks, and other components
Execute point-to-point checks, continuity testing, and assist with system commissioning
Ensure high craftsmanship in wire routing, labeling, shielding, and panel aesthetics aligned with WET's standards
Collaborate with engineers and fellow technicians to resolve build issues and maintain quality
Document work processes and support improvements to production efficiency and reliability
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated industrial control panel wiring experience (automation, OEM, water treatment, or aerospace environments)
Proficient in reading and interpreting detailed electrical schematics and layout drawings
Skilled in termination techniques, shielding, grounding, and low-voltage signal routing
Strong manual dexterity and proficiency with electrical assembly hand/power tools
Excellent attention to detail in wiring and panel construction
Good verbal and written communication; capable of following and improving documentation

Industrial automation technician
Panel shop electrician (UL-listed fabrication experience)
PLC/instrumentation technician for process or aerospace controls
