What do you like best about Wevorce's CEO and the leadership team?

The CEO has no redeeming qualities. She drove this company into the ground. I hope Zippia removes all the fake reviews written by Mickey Seidl.

How would you improve Wevorce's culture?

Actually replace the CEO. Failing company was 'sold' so not sure why Mickey Seidl is still involved.

Do not work for this company

This company fails to pay employees. Payroll is either late, or non existent.

Wevorce is a good idea to help families. Extremely toxic CEO Mickey Seidl ruined this company.

The management and CEO have always been terrible. Don't believe the fake reviews the owner and CEO are writing now.

They always had trouble paying their employees due to mismanagement at the CEO level. Paid on time ONCE

Wevorce is in Idaho, so there is no diversity

Trying to help families in crisis. Unfortunately the extremely poor leadership often made things harder for the families going through divorce

They do not pay their employees and they defraud their investors. They operate on hard to cancel recurring payments, do not follow through on services, and use bots to avoid answering questions about either. Avoid working for, using, or investing in any spin offs run by fraudulent CEO Michelle Crosby aka Mickey Seidl (Wevorce, Wevorce Investors, Wevorce Real Estate, WeKnow, PeaceProvokers, DreamRiders).

The people who came to Wevorce for a service were always a pleasure to work with.

Cons of working at Wevorce

They do not pay their employees on time, or in my case, at all. I received payment one time, late, and then was never paid again. This company still owes me money. The CEO does not know how to manage a company, has no integrity, and knows how to hide whatever money she has really well. Strongly warn against working for this company.

What leadership? The CEO did not pay her employees for their work. I never heard from the CEO once and there were only about five employees on the roster.

The management at Wevorce could improve by paying their employees.

The best way to prepare for an interview at Wevorce is to not -- don't go there.

Helping families get through divorce peacefully

Cons of working at Wevorce

The CEO has zero knowledge on how to run a business, and is very hard to work with. They are always out of money, do not pay their employees on time, and seem to pivot their business model every 6 months or so. Employee turnover is very high, probably because of the toxic with environment and CEO.

Cons of working at Wevorce

They do not pay their employees on time. I only received 1 paycheck on time in 2 years. They still owe me payroll but I have given up on getting it. CEO is clueless and toxic.
