Changing Divorce for Good
It's your divorce disigned by you
Begin Again
Today we say goodbye to what no longer serves us.
We honor the courage it takes to address change.
Discover grace when we express disagreements.
Let us not forget we once loved —
let us not forget all that was good between us.
Allow us to cherish memories without anger
and bitterness distorting them.
May we teach each other how to forgive …
how to heal our aching hearts.
To find strength to move beyond what we had become
and not dwell upon it.
As we find our separate paths,
let us show kindness and goodness towards one another.
Content to look forward,
the hope of happiness within us as we begin again.

No Pros. Every single one is these positive reviews are fake and written by fraudulent founder
Terrible leadership
None
The CEO has no redeeming qualities. She drove this company into the ground. I hope Zippia removes all the fake reviews written by Mickey Seidl.
Actually replace the CEO. Failing company was 'sold' so not sure why Mickey Seidl is still involved.
Do not work for this company
This company fails to pay employees. Payroll is either late, or non existent.
Average
Wevorce is a good idea to help families. Extremely toxic CEO Mickey Seidl ruined this company.

Innovative AI tools, supportive team, flexible hours, and impactful work.
High emotional demands, fast-paced environment, and challenging case complexities.
My favorite perk at Wevorce is the opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technology to make a meaningful impact on families' lives.
What I like best about our CEO is their visionary leadership and deep commitment to integrating technology with compassionate care, driving innovative solutions that truly benefit our clients.
To improve company culture, I would focus on enhancing communication and collaboration through regular team-building activities and open forums for feedback. Additionally, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development by offering workshops and training sessions can help employees feel valued and supported in their professional growth. Recognizing and celebrating achievements, both big and small, can also boost morale and create a more positive and inclusive work environment.
Research, align skills, rehearse answers, prepare questions, dress professionally.
Our compensation at Wevorce is competitive, often matching or exceeding the industry average, with additional benefits like flexible hours, professional development, and innovative work opportunities.
I feel that Wevorce values diversity and is actively working towards better representation of diverse demographics within the organization, promoting an inclusive and supportive work environment.
The most joy at work comes from helping families navigate difficult transitions smoothly and seeing the positive impact of our innovative solutions on their lives.
Worst CEO I've ever worked for. Title is a joke. She does not manage workload or employees.
They do not pay their employees and they defraud their investors. They operate on hard to cancel recurring payments, do not follow through on services, and use bots to avoid answering questions about either. Avoid working for, using, or investing in any spin offs run by fraudulent CEO Michelle Crosby aka Mickey Seidl (Wevorce, Wevorce Investors, Wevorce Real Estate, WeKnow, PeaceProvokers, DreamRiders).

The people who came to Wevorce for a service were always a pleasure to work with.
They do not pay their employees on time, or in my case, at all. I received payment one time, late, and then was never paid again. This company still owes me money. The CEO does not know how to manage a company, has no integrity, and knows how to hide whatever money she has really well. Strongly warn against working for this company.
What leadership? The CEO did not pay her employees for their work. I never heard from the CEO once and there were only about five employees on the roster.
The management at Wevorce could improve by paying their employees.
The best way to prepare for an interview at Wevorce is to not -- don't go there.
Helping families get through divorce peacefully
The CEO has zero knowledge on how to run a business, and is very hard to work with. They are always out of money, do not pay their employees on time, and seem to pivot their business model every 6 months or so. Employee turnover is very high, probably because of the toxic with environment and CEO.

Trying to help families and children of divorce
They do not pay their employees on time. I only received 1 paycheck on time in 2 years. They still owe me payroll but I have given up on getting it. CEO is clueless and toxic.
