About the Opportunity
WeWork is seeking a seasoned and dynamic Creative Director to lead our global design and creative efforts. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, this role will be instrumental in shaping and evolving WeWork's brand expression across all B2B and B2C touch points.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive global experience in leading and managing creative teams, developing impactful brand strategies, and executing integrated marketing campaigns that significantly contribute to overall business growth. Responsibilities:
Creative Leadership & Vision
Lead and manage a global team of diverse creative talent, including graphic designers, copywriters, art directors, and video producers, elevating existing content and fostering a culture of creative excellence across both internal and external resources.

About You

The Global Design Studio group is an international, interdisciplinary team that includes architects, interior designers, graphic artists, workplace strategists, and technologists. POSITION SUMMARY
The Director, Property Operations, Multifamily will oversee the property management and operations of their growing multifamily portfolio. This includes 732 units in NYC and an additional 1,821 units located in VA, MI, and MO. The Director, Property Operations, Multifamily will develop and lead property operations strategies, supervise on-site building staff and superintendents, coordinate maintenance and capital projects of the designated multifamily real estate portfolio. The Director acts as a liaison between on-site property teams and Asset Management to translate strategic goals into actionable plans. OFFBOARDING:
Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and decorum while processing both voluntary and involuntary terminations
Assist in the recovery of company assets including company property and identification badges
Coordinate with the Information Technology team to revoke system access
Ensure completion of termination related paperwork
Coordinate completion of Exit Survey and Exit Interviews if applicable
Handle and process all administrative tasks for all aspects of the employee lifecycle including data entry in HRIS and audits for accuracy and compliance, and abide by all deadlines
Ensure compliance with local and federal regulations and applicable employment laws
Own and manage HRIS, which includes but is not limited to: employee personnel files, data oversight, organizational chart, and electronic document management system
Produce, correlate, analyze and distribute various HR reports
Maintain confidentiality and integrity related to all HR and employee functions
Escalate process issues to Manager, HRBP and provide recommendations for improvement
Assist and provide support to Manager, HRBP in daily tasks

POSITION SUMMARY
The Accounts Payable Specialist reports to the Director, Corporate Controller, and is responsible for overseeing accounts payable transactions for multiple properties. The position involves ensuring accuracy in financial processes, coordinating with various departments, and seeking improvements in efficiency. POSITION SUMMARY
The AV Support Engineer will support audiovisual systems across The Empire State Building Observatory (ESBO), amenity lounges and conference rooms. The AV Support Engineer will provide prompt and accurate first line IT AV support, assisting with AV hardware and software-related questions, concerns, and tasks. Draft basic legal documents related to leasing, commercial real estate and collections matters
Review and approve “draft” and final LOC security deposits and related lease provisions
Track, support and report action for internal and external counsel on leasing matters, construction related matters, real estate transactions (e.g., acquisitions, financings, etc.), litigation and collections, and insurance and property tax
Summarize leases regarding, economic term, landlord and tenant rights, remedies and/or obligations
Communicate with tenants as needed
Coordinate the lease signing process, sublease consent process, and related approvals from other departments within the company
Coordinate procurement of lender approval of leases and SNDA's where required
Update standard operating procedures for all leasing related activities
Track collections and litigation deadlines
Monitor status of disputes with tenants
Manage deadlines and provide status of all matters as requested
Organize/file legal documents
All other legal related tasks requested by the Chief Counsel, Real Estate and Real Estate Litigation Counsel

The Investment Team seeks to invest in office, retail, and residential assets and pursue equity, preferred equity, mezzanine, and distressed debt opportunities. POSITION SUMMARY
The Seasonal Guest Service Ambassador is responsible for providing guidance to all Observatory guests as they make their way throughout the experience from the Lobby to the 86th/102nd Floor and back down to the Main Lobby.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Engaging and guiding Observatory guests throughout the attraction, providing clear and friendly directions to ensure a memorable experience

The Lease Abstraction and Data Intern will support the Lease Administration team in managing a diverse commercial real estate portfolio by assisting with lease abstraction, data validation, and system maintenance. POSITION SUMMARY
The OTA Partnerships & Revenue Manager will manage and optimize the presence of The Empire State Build Observatory across all major online travel agencies. This role is responsible for the cultivation of strategic partnerships, analysis of OTA and market performance to optimize revenues and capture market share, and alignment of OTAs to our holistic e-commerce strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience in OTA channel management, rate strategy, content optimization, and performance analysis. This role will work closely with revenue management, marketing, and operations teams to drive bookings, maximize revenue, and maintain brand standards across all OTA platforms.RESPONSIBILITIES
OTA CHANNEL MANAGEMENT:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all OTA accounts to develop and maintain relationships to ensure revenue optimization, alignment in overall e-commerce brand, and positive guest satisfaction
Negotiate contracts, commissions, partnership terms, placement, visibility, packages and ranking
Leverage OTA platforms and relationships to ensure gather market and competitor insights
Represent ESBO at industry events, trade shows and networking functions
Ensure content accuracy, competitive positioning, and brand consistency
Seek out new OTA opportunities that exist globally and advise on trends in the markets of our international purchasers
Ensure OBS Sales manages back-of-house functions effectively for connectivity issues, accounting, content management, parity issues, and website audits
MARKET & BUSINESS ANALYSIS:
Analyze travel trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
Monitor KPI's that optimize total e-commerce net revenues (organic web, digital, and OTA)
Create an A/B testing strategy and cadence for each OTA partner that measures conversion rate performance, best e-commerce assets and language
Develop and produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly OTA performance reports with actionable recommendations
Collaborate with Web and Revenue teams to align OTA pricing and strategies with overall e-commerce strategy
Execute promotions, special offers, and package deals to drive incremental revenues
Research additional revenue opportunities via OTAs, not limited to new AI tools and marketing strategies and new OTA partners
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
The Web and Revenue teams work collaboratively to optimize revenues across all e-commerce sales channels (organic web, digital, and OTAs) and achieve target KPI's
Increase in OTA quantity of sales and RPP levels - proving efficient ROI in an online space that reaches international audiences
Strategic Growth Leadership: Own the OTA growth strategy within the broader distribution mix, while balancing revenue, margin and brand positioning
Data-Driven Insights and Reporting: Deliver weekly and monthly comprehensive KPI results including conversion rate, share of market, per caps, placement, and ranking along with actionable market insights and recommendations
E-Commerce Optimization: Improve OTA product content, run A/B tests and align promotions with ESBO total e-commerce strategies
Product Placement: Maintain “best-in-class” placement and ranking of our products with our OTA partners to grow market share
Innovation & Technology: Leverage emerging technologies, AI tools, and analytics to provide reports quickly and accurately
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner across departments to align OTA strategies with overall goals and inform internal teams on OTA best practices

REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Expert proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
PowerBi experience preferred
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or revenue, with a focus on OTA management in the hospitality or travel and tourism industry
Strong knowledge of major OTA platforms and channel management systems.

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

Salary is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, job location, size of property where applicable, and/or certifications.
