Strategic Partnership & Business Alignment Collaborate closely with the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer (CMO), recognizing the critical importance of this relationship to the Creative Director's success in shaping and evolving WeWork's brand expression. Ensure all creative work reflects a deep understanding of the business, aligning with company goals and marketing strategy, and is always in service of WeWork's overarching business objectives. Team Development & Mentorship Provide hands-on feedback, mentorship, and guidance to the creative team, fostering their professional growth and development, and ensuring high-quality creative output. Build and nurture relationships, manage and mentor creatives, and align teams around a shared creative vision. About You Educational Foundation: A Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field. Extensive Global Creative Leadership: 12-15+ years of progressive experience in art direction and design, with a proven track record of leading and inspiring global creative teams in both B2B and B2C environments. Industry Expertise: Demonstrated experience in professional services, particularly within real estate or financial services, showcasing an understanding of complex market dynamics. About the Opportunity The Assistant Program Manager will provide project and program management support for various strategic projects, programs and initiatives in the United States and Canada. POSITION SUMMARY The Multifamily Portfolio Manager will develop and lead property operations strategies, supervise on-site building staff and superintendents, coordinate maintenance and capital projects of the designated multifamily real estate portfolio. Key Responsibilities: The Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing third-party vendors in the areas of Facilities, Health and Safety, Security, Energy and Sustainability, and Capital Improvements, monitoring operational expense and performance. The Facilities Manager is the single point of contact for their assigned buildings, vendors, and leadership related to all the work listed above. The Facilities Manager will travel as needed within their market. POSITION SUMMARYThe Energy and Sustainability Intern will support ESRT's sustainability strategy through data analytics, reporting, and program development. This role assists in creating dashboards and innovative KPIs, managing sustainability data, and coordinating key initiatives related to energy, water, waste, indoor environmental quality, and community and vendor engagement. The intern will collaborate with property management teams and tenants to advance performance from design through ongoing operations, participate in project meetings, and contribute to research, certifications, investor reporting, and other strategic sustainability efforts. Additional projects will be assigned to support the broader goals of the Energy and Sustainability team. Refer to our sustainability website and 2024 Sustainability Report for related information. Full-time: 40 hours per week from June 1st, 2026, until August 7th, 2026 Location: Onsite at 111 W 33rd Street, New York, NY RESPONSIBILITIES Support Energy and Sustainability reporting efforts, develop reports, dashboards, and identify innovative sustainability KPIs and metrics to monitor and drive progress Support development and tracking of key Energy and Sustainability programs including vendor engagement, community engagement, human capital and training Support with property management and tenant engagement for energy, water, waste, IEQ management from design through continuous operation Assist the Energy and Sustainability team with data management and analytics Attend project meetings with members of the Energy and Sustainability team Assist with sustainability initiatives, research and reporting Assist with certifications, investor analytics and reporting Additional projects as directed REQUIRED SKILLS Strong analytical and computer skills Team player with demonstrated leadership skills Strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills and customer service skills Self-motivated, driven, organized, and hard working Integrity and a commitment to excellence EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE A Junior enrolled in a four-year or five-year undergraduate program in the graduating class of 2027 is preferred An undergraduate program related to engineering or environmental science is preferred Certification related to sustainability reporting such as the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), LEED Green Associate is preferred .
