EEC tried to make the environment fun and tolerable, otherwise, no other Pros

Litigious environment dealing with correctional medicine that you are not warned about upon hire. EVP is absent and CEO remains behind closed doors. Company outlook is grim and CEO stopped holding monthly meetings over a year ago. No training, must be a self starter and figure it out, poor leadership and support, very catty environment. The work is interesting but the environment is toxic. Hybrid work schedule depends on supervisor.

The variety of neat tasks are excellent. I just did not make stats and they let me go but amazing benefits you will NOT find any better whatsoever. 401K match up to 6% awesome health bens, everything you would want.

Just having to be on stats but I always believe that no matter where I go next I work for the good of the company just as if I owed it!
