    Our Engineered Lumber Products (ELP) manufacturing facility in Zwolle, Louisiana has an opportunity for an Industrial Millwright with a knowledge of mechanical equipment, processes and techniques to safely repair, modify, install and maintain the facility and high-tech manufacturing equipment to join our team. The pay range for this role is $26-$35 per hour. Key Functions: * Machinery lubrication & other preventative maintenance assignments * Repairing & troubleshooting mechanical power transmissions * Bearing installment, coupling, belts, sprockets and chain drive installations * Repair and troubleshooting of Pneumatic and hydraulic systems * Metal fabrication and basic principles of cylinder repair * Provide assistance as needed to other team members to ensure assigned tasks are safely performed * Must have a high school education or GED from an accredited institution * Two (2) years' experience in Industrial maintenance OR a technical certificate in mechanical maintenance * Must be willing and able to work any assigned shift, to include graveyards, weekends and holidays as operating conditions require * A personal and total commitment to observe all safety rules and regulations * General Knowledge of: Machinery lubrication, mechanical power transmissions, bearing installment, coupling, belts, sprockets, chain drive installations, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, metal fabrication and cylinder repair * Commitment to follow all unit mechanical / maintenance practices * Ability to pass a pre-employment examination, drug test, education and background check * Ability to work in extreme heat/cold, navigate catwalks and ladders and perform other functions required in a manufacturing environment * All applicants must upload resume detailing education and work history NOTE: FORMAL RESUME OR LISTED WORK EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED FOR CONSIDERATION The following qualifications are preferred: * Past employment experience in a wood products manufacturing environment * Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) * Knowledge of fire protection systems About Wood Products We've been delivering quality building products and solutions to our customers for more than 100 years. This role will be responsible for troubleshooting, rebuilding and repairing the juice plant processing equipment, including filters system, decanters, evaporator, positive displacement and dynamic pumps at our Northwest Packing plant in Vancouver, WA. Repair and rebuild pneumatic valve and systems. Perform regular preventive maintenance (PMs) on mechanical systems to minimize downtime. Work with flow charts to understand the juice operations systems. Inspect and replace gaskets, valves, pumps, and food-grade piping to ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Requirements: 3+ years' experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in food or beverage cannery. Strong mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and gearboxes. Proficiency in checking tolerances by using micrometers calipers and feeler gauges. We are seeking an individual who is committed to safety, have a positive attitude, excellent work ethic, and a desire to work in a manufacturing facility. The pay will range from $24.93 - $41.66 per hour based on experience. Key Functions: Performs highly skilled mechanical maintenance tasks including installation Repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment.
