Ability to work any time to meet mill needs. Could be varying times - nights, days, weekends, etc.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in the food processing industry.

Summary:
As the Maintenance Manager, you will oversee all maintenance activities to ensure maximum operational potential is achieved for plant operations. What You Bring to Pacific Seafood:
Required
* High school diploma or GED.

Summary

Is responsible for identifying the training needs of subordinates, ensuring their participation in appropriate training activities, and reinforcing subordinate's skill development with coaching, feedback and recognition.
Is accountable for identifying potential capital projects and repair jobs, and new projects in his/her area.
Ensures the parts inventory for electrical, instrumentation, computer equipment is adequate to meet maintenance needs.
Directs the electronic, electrical and PLC/HMI function to assure the maximum operating efficiencies are maintained to meet minimal downtime, quality, volume, grade, yield, safety performance and cost control.
Provide technical support to ensure the Floor level controls, SCADA and other information systems provide the necessary information to operate efficiently.
Work with operations and maintenance personnel to ensure that all plant systems are operating efficiently within their limits. Is accountable for the electrical, instrumentation, computer portion of the maintenance budget.

General:
The ammonia refrigeration maintenancesupervisor directs, oversees, and drives the day-to-day repairs, troubleshooting, and PM activities of the plant's ammonia refrigeration system. The role partners with process maintenance, production, & quality to ensure 24/7 ammonia refrigeration systems meet the needs of site operations. The position reports to the Maintenance Manager and primarily works M-F schedule, with flexibility to cover early/ late shift, short-notice overtime, weekends, and holidays, as needed
Specific Duties / Responsibilities:
Supervise and oversee daily ammonia refrigeration operations.
Ensure compliance with state and federal refrigeration regulations and codes.
Promote the team's safety-first mindset and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Apply refrigeration knowledge to install & start-up refrigeration equipment per specifications.
Guide and support team; coordinate resources in troubleshooting repairs and preventative maintenance (PMs) for ammonia refrigeration system.
Keep team focused on priorities; assist with refrigeration system operation and ensure team shares knowledge and cross-trains.
Collaborate with vendors and parts room team to manage inventory / supplies for refrigeration systems.
Exhibit knowledge and perform work related to Process Safety management (PSM), Frick computer and ice making systems.
Utilize / train team members on the work order system, logs and documentation to track PMs, repairs and PSM tasks.

Requirements
Skills/Abilities/Attributes:
Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in an industrial setting
3+ years of hands-on experience with ammonia refrigeration systems & regulatory compliance
Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities to positively influence team performance
Self-directed team player; able to work effectively in fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with various levels
Flexible to work varying schedules, including rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements:
