One position for an hourly Industrial Millwright on the graveyard Bull Gang crew is now open at the Natchitoches EWP Mill. Qualified candidates will have comprehensive knowledge of mechanical equipment, processes and techniques to safely repair, modify, install, and maintain the facility and high-tech manufacturing equipment to join our team.
The wage for this role is $29.08 per hour.
KEY FUNCTIONS:
* Machinery lubrication and other preventative maintenance assignments.
* Repairing and troubleshooting mechanical power transmissions.
* Bearing installment, coupling, belts, sprockets, and chain drive installations.
* Repair and troubleshooting of Pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
* Metal fabrication and basic principles of cylinder repair.
* Some troubleshooting and exposure to industrial electricity issues.
* Provide assistance as needed to other team members, such as electricians, to ensure assigned tasks are safely executed.
* Other duties as assigned.
* High School Diploma or GED from an accredited agency/institution.
* Resume or listed work experience detailing education and work history required for consideration.
* Minimum of two (2) years industrial maintenancetechnician experience and/or an industrial maintenance degree.

Key Responsibilities:
Repair and rebuild hydraulic pumps and systems.
Repair and rebuild pneumatic valve and systems.
Perform regular preventive maintenance (PMs) on mechanical systems to minimize downtime.
Work with flow charts to understand the juice operations systems.
Inspect and replace gaskets, valves, pumps, and food-grade piping to ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
Requirements:
3+ years' experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in food or beverage cannery.
Strong mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and gearboxes.
Proficiency in checking tolerances by using micrometers calipers and feeler gauges.

Set-up for weddings and events - move and set-up picnic tables per the event order, wipe down all benches and tables, set out pillows, cushions, and game equipment. Put on tablecloths and set-out centerpieces. Set-up lighting. Set-out trash and recycling cans, Other preparation of the facilities as needed per the event order. Assist with the delivery and set-up of generators, portable bathrooms, heaters, and other rentals. Drag and water dirt roads for bus access.
Clean-up after weddings and events - remove and store lighting, games, tables and benches, pillows and cushions, centerpieces and other décor. Empty and sort trash and recycling. Pick up cigarette butts, plastic utensils, and other trash from the ground. Rake and return facilities to tour ready condition.
Other Responsibilities:
General ranch security during work-hours
Maintain accurate timekeeping records

Assist with tour vehicle break-downs - bring back-up vehicles to stranded tour groups, help move disabled vehicles down to the parking lot/paved road for towing to the mechanics
