The WinField United Sales DevelopmentManager serves as a direct partner and coach to our customer-owner's top 1000 retail sellers to expand the retail seller's competencies and selling skills. Responsibilities include daily direct farm-gate calls in partnership with the retail seller.
This position is remote/virtual and can work from home but must be located within 90 miles of Lubbock, TX.
Responsibilities:
60% Sales Generation
Manages and grows business through a defined plan and consistent communication with assigned owners and internal teams with strong focus on STAMPS, seed, and services
Coaches and trains top retail sellers at the farm-gate on products, programs, services, and technologies with the goal of influencing grower decisions
Utilizes pre-call planning tools and approach
Relies on agronomy or services experts for technical knowledge as needed
Records all relevant account details in the CRM software (Salesforce)
40% Strategy Execution
In partnership with top retailer sellers, executes by using tools such as the Account Plan, Farmer by Farmer (FxF) Plan, and ACRE sprints. Measures and monitors progress against plans.
Owns and is accountable for the FxF Plan and for digital and services adoption by retailer sellers
Coaches and communicates at the farm-gate level the total acre value proposition to the top 1,000 retailer sellers including brand ladder, partnered and proprietary brand strategies, programs, pricing, services, and digital technology and platforms
Supports the retail seller in Answer Plot and post-harvest meetings
Coordinates with local manufacturer representatives
Implements Account Plan with retail sellers
Manages discretionary and insight trial seed
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in agriculture or business-related field of study from an accredited university plus 5 years of industry or direct sales experience; or an equivalent of 6-10 years of successful work experience in industry or direct sales
Ability to see the “big picture” of the organization and the farmer's operation
Understands how the key drivers of the business relate to each other and work together to produce profitable growth
Proactive communicator with exceptional written, verbal, and formal presentation skills
Trustworthy with a strong level of personal commitment
Ability to coach and mentor others by suggesting improvements and leading change
Ability to make sound decisions and complete tasks in a fast-paced work environment

Must have current and valid state driver's license
Travel up to 50%, including evenings and some weekends making direct farm-gate calls; may require working long hours during peak seasons

This is a sales role that is compensated with a target mix of base salary plus commission. Base salary is dependent upon experience/tenure and generally ranges between:
Salary Range: $91,120 - $136,680
Target bonus: Forty Thousand Dollars
In most cases, candidates offered employment can expect to be hired at a pay rate near the middle of our salary ranges.

Your Impact
Provide input to site managers by identifying and tracking appropriate safety metrics and assessing performance. Ensures compliance with company EHS policies and regulatory requirements and works with business unit managers and associates to maintain a safe and healthy work environment. Provide guidance to assigned units by participating in capital project reviews consistent with the level of EHS expertise needed.
Facilitates the sharing of programs, procedures, tools, and successfully demonstrated practices. Provide safety expertise to line organizations in areas such as: incident investigations, ergonomics, electrical safety, machine guarding, confined space entry, lock-out/tag-out, emergency response, etc. Provides guidance to safety subcommittees along with coordinating team and standard meetings
Participate in the review of new projects, sites, and research initiatives to ensure proper implementation of Company EHS programs and policies, provide EHS consulting services to operations and business units. Review and interpret new and proposed regulations for applicability, develop associated implementation and training programs and procedures. Participate in professional industry groups to further develop individual capabilities and to benchmark company activities.
Manage regulatory compliance on issues relating to chemical, environmental and procedural issues and apply them appropriately to company operations Coordinate environmental plans and ensure compliance with programs such as air quality, storm water, hazardous materials business plans, pollution prevention and spill plans. Coordinate internal onsite audits/site inspections/ training to ensure compliance with permits and programs.
Participate in complex case management related to workplace injuries. Serve as the site subject matter expert in the application of applicable EH&S regulation to the operations of the facility
Your Experience and Qualifications
BS/BA in a EHS related technical, scientific, or engineering discipline preferred.
5-8 years of EHS experience in manufacturing, agriculture, or related field; with increasing responsibilities. Experience in the collection, evaluation, and reporting of EHS data.
Experience in working and communicating with others at various levels within the organization. Ability to build relationships and to gain cross-functional support.Ability to provide technical guidance and expertise, act as a subject matter expert.
Organizational skills necessary. Experience managing direct reports Preferred: Certifications desired such as CSP, CIH, etc. Authorized OSHA general industry 30-hour Trainer desired.
Experience overseeing or implementing a formal Safety Management System. Experience overseeing or implementing formal Hazard Prevention and Control Systems. ISO 14001 and 45001 occupational health and safety management system and environmental management system experience.
Your Compensation
This position will pay within the range of $72K - $147K, based on experience. This position is eligible for a bonus based on 10% of compensation.

Darigold is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety Manager (EHS II) to join our team. This role will support the Bozeman and Jerome plant locations by utilizing demonstrated collaboration and leadership skills, while engaging the workforce to work safely. This position reports to the Plant Manager and is responsible for leading EHS performance improvement, regulatory compliance, and best management practices. This position collaborates with Plant Management to effectively coordinate and implement critical EHS processes, creating an engaged and empowered culture that drives continual process improvement. This position is expected to respond effectively to all EHS incidents and operational upsets. In addition to working closely with key plant staff members, this role will have a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Vice President of EHS for Darigold.
What You Will Do
· Self-directed to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local requirements governing environmental protection, occupational safety, and health standards by staying current and informed on federal, state, and local rules and regulations.
· Interfaces with regulatory agencies, plant staff, and the corporate EHS team as needed.
· Monitor environmental compliance and ensure timely internal and external reporting and data input into Darigold's tracking systems. Alert and advise the Plant Manager and Vice President of EHS when permit and/or compliance issues develop.
· Monitor occupational safety and health compliance and ensure timely internal and external reporting and data input into Darigold's tracking systems. Alert and advise the Plant Manager and the Vice President of EHS when EHS issues develop.
· Respond and provide guidance and assistance for all emergencies.

· Lead plant EHS Team efforts and continue to develop the EHS Team program.
· Provide technical assistance and plant support for all Darigold's EHS programs as requested by the Plant Manager.
What You Bring:
· Professional communication skills and the ability to respond effectively to EHS compliance issues, inquiries, and/or complaints are of critical importance. Additionally, it is essential to be able to communicate clearly under pressure. Team leadership and collaboration skills are also necessary. Demonstrate problem-solving skills that focus on continuous improvement while maintaining a high level of visibility in the plant and consistently following through on commitments.
· Analyze data, write, and submit reports. Must be able to maintain EHS compliance software systems and utilize data to drive continuous improvement.
· Develop and deliver presentations on compliance topics to plant management, plant staff, and public groups when requested by the Vice President of EHS.
· Communicate technical and complex EHS concepts and requirements. A person in this position must be able to conduct technical training and engage employees in practical learning experience.
· Pursue and productively participate in continuing technical education as deemed necessary by the Vice President, EHS & Plant Manager.
Nice to Have's
· Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Environment, Health and Safety Engineering, Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Occupational Safety, or a related field. A combination of an associate's degree and directly related experience in EHS compliance may be considered. Other degree and/or experience combinations may also be considered.
· Professional certification is desirable but not required (Certified Safety Professional, Certified Safety & Health Manager, etc.)
· 7 to 10 years of directly related experience in EHS compliance in the dairy foods processing industry is preferred but not required.
