    The Production Planner is responsible for the daily Scheduling of all Work Orders within the Kozy Shack Turlock Operations Site and optimizing daily production. The Production Planner will conform to the required GMP and Safety procedures and follow all verbal and/or written instructions of the Operations Manager, Quality Control and Corporate Planning Team. This role is at a Dairy Foods manufacturing facility for Land O'Lakes, creating dairy products that stand for real, simple goodness. We believe there's power in every drop of milk our farmers produce, and by improving production and finding innovative uses for that milk, we add a little good to people's lives. Job Duties: Demand Planning - Collaborate, manage and align demand planning processes to meet KPI's and overall business objectives. Effectively use and maintain the current demand planning system. Troubleshoot, research and resolve issues as they arise. Lead, identify and implement continuous improvement of processes and systems of the production floor. Meet or exceed performance goals and objectives Sales and Operations Planning - Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Planning and others to support the S&OP Demand Planning process for the site. Inventory Planning - Manage and maintain Demand Planning system to deliver accurate long term and short terms forecasts for the production planning team. Contribute to inventory strategy goals by improving Forecast Accuracy and Bias. Manage and work with raw materials vendors, this includes packaging, sugar, rice, milk volumes to ensure we have a balanced min/max level. Business Team Support - Collaborate with business partners on product line activity to improve metrics. Track new product launches and product discontinuations and assist business teams in their decision making. Optimize promotions, events, and other causal factors Adjust schedules and move work orders as needed to optimize the production run while meeting sales demands. Schedule the following weeks schedule each week, utilizing the Master Planning Schedule sent out by Corporate Planning team. (Weekly) Lead the meeting on YTD PO Spend vs. Budget Review (weekly) Work with Sourcing on Planning Milk and other ingredient requirements necessary for daily production. Ensure these adjustments are communicated effectively to the production teams. Update and Review the Volume data Daily to analyze trends. Lead discussions to improve performance as required. Perform deep dive analysis of waste factors and lead improvements with the Operations Team, and incorporate the production teams into these discussions Physical and time demands: This position will require a mix between office work and a production floor presence Will need to be able to work in a cold environment where temperatures can vary from 32° to 98° degrees. On occasion, business demands may require some employees to work overtime. Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent Experience with Supply Chain Planning, Operations Management, and/or Supply Chain Management Quantitative skills; ability to analyze data. Preferred Qualifications: Be knowledgeable with JD Edwards, Microsoft software (Excel Expert), new scheduling tools Preferably have Vorne data (OEE) experience Be knowledgeable of production requirements and limitations of production teams and understand how to optimize the production teams. We are hiring a Staff Optical System Test Engineer to join our team. This person will be responsible for testing our optical DWDM network. This role is critical to the advancement of our next phases in product development. What You Will Do * Own the end-to-end OLS optical testing and validation process, including final DVT, customer demo systems, and customer field mirror systems. * Develop and execute test plans for L0 optical control and software functionality, transforming requirements into actionable test cases. * Coordinate all local test activities and act as the primary point of contact for the offshore test development team. * Support automation development to streamline workflows and provide hands-on lab support for configuring and maintaining testbeds. * Assist with customer demos, GUI validation, and provide onsite support for cross-functional teams. * Collect and analyze hardware, optics, and software data generated during testing, using statistical methods to identify trends, anomalies, and defects. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) * Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Optics. * 5+ years in optical line system integration and optical networking testing. * 3+ years in test development and automation for optical long-haul or metro systems * Working knowledge of optical modules (WSS, OCM, DGE, EDFA, Raman, OTDR) and lab equipment (OSA, optical power meter, VOA, Optical Switch, ASE light source, TLS, Oscilloscope). * Hands-on lab experience with optical line system installation and bring-up. * Scripting experience for test automation in Python. * Experience translating customer specifications into system test cases and plans. What Will Put You Ahead * Master's or Doctoral degree in Optical Networking (preferred). * Fluency in Chinese For this role, we anticipate paying $130,000 - $180,000 per year.
