About the Role
The Data & Insights Analyst, Primary Research will serve as a vital resource for the global Primary Research team. You will provide analytical expertise to inform and accelerate Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives, optimize business models, and support strategic decision-making. Reporting to the Director of Primary Research - Commercial Propositions, you will deliver timely, impactful analyses that drive action and support the team's growth objectives.
Responsibilities
Supporting GTM initiatives by providing data-driven insights to help accelerate growth in primary research revenue.
Conducting analysis related to existing journal packaging options and commercial approaches, including subscription and open access models.
Developing and delivering bespoke analyses to support regional and global commercial projects, ensuring insights are clear and actionable.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Research Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and STMJ on projects related to Primary Research.
Requirements
Have excellent analytical skills with the ability to structure and interpret complex, unstructured data.
Display proven experience in delivering impactful insights from diverse data sources, with a commercial mindset.
Have familiarity with sales and marketing data tools and systems such as Salesforce, Tableau, Snowflake, and Excel.
Able to work in an agile, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
Display excellent communication skills, capable of presenting insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Have knowledge of publishing, primary research business models, and open access frameworks is highly valued.
Primary Location Base Pay Range: Home based-New York $85,000 - $141,600. If performed in New York City, the pay range is $88,900 - $148,000. If performed in Rochester, NY, the pay range is $73,400 - $122,300. If performed in Ohio, the pay range is $73,400 - $122,300. U.S. National Pay Range: $77,300 - $128,700. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus. Locating resources and available services.

Overview
This Operations Crew position is physically demanding and requires individuals who are willing to engage in hands-on labor to ensure the successful setup, maintenance, and breakdown of events. The primary tasks associated with this position are event conversions, changing the ice surface to a temporary floor for various events, setting up and striking stages, and event set up for all games or events.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $18.75.

Responsibilities
Perform general labor, repairs, and maintenance throughout the arena as assigned.
Complete arena conversions between events.
Set up and breakdown of chairs, tables, event seating, stages, basketball courts, hockey dasher boards and glass, turf, and other equipment.
Lifting, moving, and securing heavy materials for event transitions.
Actively maintain and care for all arena equipment and property.
Storing equipment properly.
Cleaning and repairing damaged items.
Reporting any mistreatment or damage to management.
Maintain organized storage areas and ensure all equipment is accessible and in working order.
Perform snow removal tasks, including shoveling sidewalks, parking areas, entrances, and loading docks.
Other labor intensive duties as assigned.
Qualifications

About the Venue
This position is based at our Mullins Center. The William D. Mullins Memorial Center, also known as the Mullins Center, is a 9,493-seat multi-purpose arena (10,500 for 360 concerts), located on the campus of the University of Massachusetts, in Amherst, Massachusetts. The Mullins Center is the home of UMass Minutemen men's basketball, women's basketball, and men's ice hockey. Responsibilities
Oversees all activity inside of the community ice rink
Responsible for maintaining the highest level of ice quality for the Community Ice Rink and Mullins Center Arena ice surfaces, as required by the event schedule and facility guidelines, overseeing ice maintenance and maintaining ice making equipment in the Mullins Center Community Ice Rink and Mullins Center Arena. Understands and oversees all building operations to operate safely and with a high standard of care and customer service.
Perform janitorial duties and ensures highest standard of cleanliness inside the building
Perform regular daily/weekly/monthly/annual equipment maintenance: (Weekly blades changes, Bearing greasing, Tire Pressure Checks, Engine oil changes, Cleaning, etc. Understand the importance of preventative maintenance)
Pro-actively performs repair and maintenance on projects requiring knowledge of use of tools
Demonstrate knowledge in all building related materials, equipment, and procedures.
Provides daily up-to-date reports to Ice Rink Director
Provides training of other resurfacer operators, skate guards, scorekeepers, and rental room attendants in all aspects of their job descriptions.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements: 2 years Ice Rink and Ice Maintenance related work
Experience as a rink operator or ice technician strongly preferred, but will train the right candidate on ice resurfacer operation and ice maintenance.
Certified Ice Technicians through the US Ice Rink Association are preferred.
Cash register and cash handling experience a plus
Must pass a thorough background check
Possess a thorough knowledge and understanding of the Ice Rink schedule, prices, procedures, rules, and programs offered.

Facilities Associate Department: Operations/Production
Reports to: Facilities & Building Supervisor FLSA Designation: Part Time, Non-Exempt
The facilities staff cleans and maintains the theatre, conservatory and other spaces; sets up for special events; and works as a collaborative member of the theatre staff in order to deliver a customer experience at the highest level of quality, cleanliness and safety.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The following list of essential job functions is not exhaustive and may be supplemented as necessary.
Completes assigned cleaning duties to ensure that all areas of the theatre are clean and presentable for normal business hours, performances and special events.
Responsible for setting up, breaking down, and storing equipment for special events according to detailed instructions.
Support the JMAC building with the same duties as the main theatre as needed.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure that all related responsibilities are carried out.
Keep department and storage areas including tools and supplies clean and organized.
Perform work orders as directed by the Facilities & Building Supervisor or VP of Production & Operations.
Follow all task lists, checklists and call sheets.
Complete minor building repairs and furniture assembly as needed.
Maintain walkways when snowing.
Maintain flooding if any occurs.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Summary
