Conduct field visits to understand existing site conditions and evaluate the scope of work to be designed and ultimately constructed. Prepare permitting application packages in coordinating with governing agencies and department. Prepare engineering reports, construction specifications, and bid documents Attend meetings with team members in coordination with client team members. Address review comments received and prepare plan updates in AutoCAD and/or Microstation software. Perform site visits following the completion of design and bidding to observe construction and prepare construction observation reports Attend industry events for networking and relationship building and become involved in the engineering community and related professional organizations. Qualifications Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering 0-4 years' experience in public infrastructure projects with a focus on design production and construction document preparation. Engineer in Training (EIT) license obtained or scheduled to sit for exam within 6 months of employment. AutoCAD and/or Microstation design experience is strongly preferred Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
