You will work with other technicians and direct field crews to complete small and large-scale transportation projects. Responsibilities • Supervise assigned Owner Operators to ensure the highest possible utilization within DOT regulations and company policy • Efficient planning of Owner Operators to enable high production from each unit and ensure on-time delivery performance for customers • Complete all dispatch work in the TL2000 system in real time environment • Monitor and handle all daily check calls by Owner Operators and ensure they are in compliance with company policy • Monitor and communicate all service failures of Owner Operators to the Operations Manager and the Customer Service Team • Work closely with Safety to address performance issues and ensure compliance with DOT • Responsible and accountable for performance issues of drivers • Record and monitor the daily hours of service to ensure DOT compliance • Maintain files and monitor repairs on rail and non-rail equipment • Maintain close communication with Raven/FECHS customer base • Assist with Owner-Operator recruiting efforts as necessary • Miscellaneous activities and responsibilities as assigned by manager Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • High School Diploma/GED • 5 or more years of experience required in Transportation, Logistics, or Operations PREFERRED QUALIFICATION: • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Logistics, Operations • 5 or more years of experience required in Transportation, Logistics, or Operations • Spanish bilingual KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: • Must be familiar with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, issued by the U. S.
