How did you prepare for the Wharton-Smith interview?

they dont care about education or your knowledge, so go in there and just say “ yesa masta, i works real hard” and they they will hire you. great place to work if your happy at getting nowhere in life and want to work multiple jobs just to pay basic bills

How does your compensation at Wharton-Smith compare to the industry average?

way below average. im pipefitting and industrial wastewater treatment system and make less then a highschooler working at chick-fil-a , and the old white super-intendant thinks we make too much.

What's the diversity at Wharton-Smith like?

there are two ethnicities , white and latin mostly. in which the latin get paid terrible because they don’t know any better.

What brings you the most joy at Wharton-Smith?

leaving and praying that this oppressive mentality in america will one day be lifted.
