Employees who choose TIAA-CREF vest in the retirement fund with their first contribution. The Floor Hand reports to their assigned Work-over Rig Supervisor.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Major Responsibilities and Duties
* Perform tasks under the supervision of an assigned certified professional employee.
* Assist teacher in preparing and implementing instructional curriculum.
* Conduct instructional exercises assigned by the teacher; work with individual students or small groups.
* Assist teacher with record keeping and testing routines.
* Help maintain a neat and orderly classroom.
* Help with inventory, care and maintenance of classroom equipment/materials.
* Engage in activities which promote communication and understanding between school and community.
* Participate in staff development training programs to improve job performance.
* Attendance at work is an essential function.
* Other duties as assigned by the supervisor or designee.

* Monitor and supervise students
EXPERIENCE: QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Education/Certification:
* High school diploma or G.E.D.
* Title 1 Funded Campus: 48 semester hours of college coursework from a regionally accredited college or university OR meets NCLB requirements for Highly Qualified Paraprofessionals
* Non-Title 1 Funded Campus: 15 semester hours of college coursework from a regionally accredited college or university OR two years of full-time work-related experience with students in an instructional or child care facility
Special Knowledge/Skills:
* Constructive and cooperative attitude toward the duties of the aide, the school, the staff and the students
* Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Working Conditions: Mental/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors: Moderate lifting and carrying (15-44 pounds), reaching above shoulders (to store supplies), use of fingers (record keeping, typing, writing, computer), standing (80% of the day), repeated bending (at primary level, 50% of the day), specific visual requirements (activity sufficient for reading/writing), specific hearing requirements (activity sufficient to monitor children's safety). Job Summary: Seeking experienced Pipe Welder in the Needville, Tx -Location. This person will be responsible for several types of weld preparation (including fitting), to manufacture products to client drawings, specifications, or other forms of instruction.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Welding; GTAW, GMAW, and SMAW
Weld pipe ranging from 2 to 6 inches
Weld pipe runs on critical components including compressors, vessels, evaporators, separators, condensers, and various pieces of prefab.
Plan layout, install, maintain and repair all types of pipe fittings and fixtures according to blueprints.
Cutting, beveling, and fitting pipe. Significant pipe fitting required and expected in this role.
Perform load rigging, torch cutting, and leveling with the use of measurement tools.
Utilize power tools for cutting, grinding, and shaping metal components.
Collaborate with other trades to ensure seamless project execution.
Other duties as needed on the job site
Requirements
Must be able to pass a 6G weld test prior to employment. Thickness must be over 0.75”.
2 yrs. Experience with either high pressure pipe, steam line or gas line, or process pipe welding or other relevant pipe work.
Schedule:
Hours of Operation are generally Monday through Thursday 7am to 5pm, Friday 7am to 12pm
Weekends as needed
