Job Description
Serve as a professional representative on our casino floor while delivering exceptional guest experiences. As our Casino Ambassador, you will be the primary point of contact responsible for maintaining guest satisfaction through direct interaction, professional communication, and personalized attention to our valued players.
Maintain an active presence on the casino floor, providing professional assistance and guidance to guests during their gaming experience
Serve as a knowledgeable representative of our Players' Club program, effectively communicating membership benefits and promotional opportunities
Develop and maintain professional relationships with players through strategic outreach initiatives, including personal interactions and formal correspondence
Provide comprehensive guidance to players regarding Players' Club rewards program benefits and redemption procedures
Collaborate with Casino and Slot Hosts to coordinate and execute high-quality events and programs for member retention and satisfaction
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Must be {AGE} years of age or older, as required by law
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of 1-2 years of demonstrated customer service experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Proficiency in computer applications, including email, spreadsheets, and player tracking systems
Willingness to obtain necessary gaming certifications and licenses as required
Preferred Qualifications
Previous casino or gaming industry experience
Knowledge of casino operations and gaming procedures
Experience with customer relationship management systems

Position Overview and Responsibilities
At Sentral, we are building a team of people-first focused individuals who thrive on going above and beyond. The Experience Ambassador resolves residents' inquiries related to in-property and off-premises attractions, facilities, services, or activities. Experience Ambassadors are responsible for engaging directly with residents and with homeshare guests prior to and throughout their stay at our communities.
This is an in-person position located on-site of the property.
What You'll Do:
Uphold Sentral's standards, best practices, policies and procedures, and value of excellence in customer service
Establish rapport with residents and guests so they always feel loved
Serve as the first point of contact between guests and the organization
Prioritize and fulfill the requests of all residents and guests with great friendliness, efficiency, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Greet residents by their name and with a smile to make guests feel welcomed and valued
Provide exceptional hospitality in compliance with quality assurance expectations and standards to create a memorable customer experience
Resolve disputes promptly with the goal of achieving customer satisfaction
Increase company reputation and ensure sustainable growth by discussing the benefits of living at the property, distributing active marketing materials, and providing exemplary service to residents
Answer, record, and process all calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
Run daily reports, identify any special requests, and check reports for accuracy

Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, and report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
Fully comprehend emergency procedures and the property evacuation plan, and assist with locking elevators open for emergency crews
Develop and maintain positive working relationships among building staff
Store luggage and politely handle early check-in, late checkout, and any other requests when necessary
Assess property and inform maintenance team of any need for repair or cleaning, including receiving and logging resident service requests and following up to ensure completion
Have full knowledge of and be compliant with all property safety and emergency procedures and follow all local, city and federal regulations
Assist with administrative duties such as light copying, package management and other requests as deemed necessary by management and residents
Work on special projects as deemed necessary by management
Perform other related duties and assignments as needed and assigned
Skills and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
A minimum of one year of experience working in hospitality or customer service industry required
Multifamily experience preferred

Under the supervision and guidance of the Player Development Manager, the Ambassador facilitates all facets of guest services and promotes all activities done through the Marketing/Player Development Department while exhibiting exceptional guest service.
Duties/Responsibilities
Greet all guests with a smile while exhibiting exceptional guest service.
Facilitate guest relations; answer guest questions, promote casino events and activities, document any and all suggestions and complaints.
Maintain the Marketing promotional materials; restocking pamphlets, and other Marketing supplies on the Casino floor.
Meet and Greet guest out on the Casino floor, explain the benefits and offers associated with the Rewards Club to each guest and offer them the opportunity to enroll, to increase carded play.
Use software to enroll new Rewards Club members, check in current members, redeem coupons, and player's points, and update and maintain profiles.
Reprint lost or misplaced cards, to increase carded play.
Register all guest in any promotions and or drawings and explain rules.
Distribute all gift merchandise for promotional purposes or giveaways.
Must be well versed on property events and able to relay it to our customers.
Work special events as assigned.
Maintain an assigned list of guests with an ADT between $70 through $250
Make tele-marketing calls for events and concerts.

Certificates, licenses and registration
