I feel like its easy to be recognized or to be seen for your potential. Its failry easy to move up as long as you have confidence and work eithic.
Someitmes the enviroment can be dull, but i think that depends on the mental attitude of the person working there.
The discounts on food.
They are fair and respectable. Leadership is good.
I would improve it by having communication more.
I prepared by asking myself questions that companies would typically ask and would practice them in my mind and at home.
The demographics are fine. Wahataburger does not exculde anyone.
Personally the most joy you can feel at whataburger is being present and being willing to handle whataever comes your way. Being authentic with people around you and having work eithic can feel fufilling.

The GM would come once week and she loved how the customer's appreciated and loved me. She saw how hard I worked, she told the manager to give me a raise. I worked on holidays whenever someone called in. She knew to call me because I'm the only one to answer my phone on my day off when I've seen the number I work there. 7 months and didn't get a raise. She was fired and I left the job, but I feel unappreciated and it just got overwhelming, cause I'm not a octopus, but after 3 weeks of working there I was a cashier/cook/front counter etc
Most of the Community is kind and open-minded almost never to the point where it becomes counter-productive.
The pay is a bit on the lower end and the scaling process is slow.
The employee discount and that's basically it.
I would say the work life balance, I don't have a set schedule and sometimes the hours you get each week varies. If you want more free time to do things outside of work this is the place for you, if you want a job that you can fully rely on getting the same pay each week I would look else where.
The favoritism from management when it comes to employees.
You always have lunch on your breaks.
colleagues are nice, the tasks are not complex.
the wages are very low, especially for the amount of work expected from members. would like to give it 0 stars, honestly.
the food discount, and this is said loosely because the food is overpriced in general.
Learning skills and fast-paced
No breaks even on 10 hr shifts and extreme favoritism
Discount on food
The people are nice and they always motivate the team
Not enough money
Discount
The coworkers and Managers are very friendly and easy to get along with.

50% off food

Flexible schedule, Meeting new people, Learning many skills
Hot and greasy, lots of rush
Long-time rewards
I like being able to communicate with people, learning how to communicate with different types of attitudes, religions, ethnicities
Irresponsible people who don’t call in ahead of time or fail to show to work, or always come late.
I better my communication skills everyday
Good pay, good people.
No regard for the availability that I have them. Told them I couldn't do overnight with college, and they gave me overnight shifts every week for approximately six months.
Free food.
Fast paced. Food is excellent .
Unprofessional managers, rate of pay, and the amount of work.
