Job Description Busy medical practice in Tuscaloosa, AL is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide excellent care to our patients. Qualifications: Licensed to practice by the State Board as an LPN or RN One to two years of practical nursing experience in ambulatory care setting Summary of Duties: Conduct patient assessments including health history, medications, allergies, and review of medical records Administer medications and implement treatment plans under physician/RN supervision Perform routine clinical procedures: immunizations, nebulizer treatments, vision screenings, TB testing Assist with phlebotomy and specimen collection following proper patient identification protocols Maintain exam room readiness, supplies inventory, and infection control standards Handle phone triage, patient messages, and other administrative duties within scope of practice
