Tom McCormick has been the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Primoris since November 4, 2019. Mr. McCormick joined Primoris in April 2016 as Chief Operating Officer and was promoted to Primoris’ President in April 2019. Mr. McCormick has over 30 years of experience in design and construction with a wide range of knowledge in the gas processing, refining/petrochemical, power, pipeline, liquids recovery, Liquefied Natural Gas (“LNG”) and gas compression markets. Mr. McCormick received his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Florida State University and an Advanced Management Program from INSEAD in France.

David Syfrig is a President / CEO at Arizona Pipeline Co and is based in Apple Valley, California. He has worked as Electronics Technician at US Navy. David studied at Apple Valley High School and COLUMBIA SOUTHERN UNIVERSITY between 2007 and 2014.

As a former California Assembly member representing the 34th District, it has been an honor to serve the wonderful people in Kern County, including Bakersfield, Ridgecrest, Tehachapi, Taft and Frazier Park/Lebec.I have worked in HR and staffing for the past 23 years and am blessed to have been able to build my company from the ground up. After serving in the United States Army in Germany, I returned home to my Bakersfield roots. In 1993, I started Continental Labor and Staffing. Today we serve clients in the greater Bakersfield area, Ridgecrest, Paso Robles and Visalia.If elected for State Senate I will be the first female Veteran to serve on the Senate Floor.
