Not many to share. Terrible place to work-I was at the CWC. Recently left-thank God.
So much favoritism. If an employee asks questions or points out any areas of growth they are blacklisted. My supervisor (I was in child care) lied a lot of and was extremely dismissive. Leadership was and still is blind to her lies and deceit. Do NOT work here. Not Christ like at all.
No perks. Pay is terrible.
Better communication. Believe staff when they tell you program manager lies and is dismissive. Learn what it means to reflect Christ.
No need to prepare. Interview process was a joke.
Nothing.
Terrible pay. Especially if you have the education and experience.
Fairly diverse. Wish there was more diversity I. In the program managers.
