Pros of working at Wheels

Livable wage and benefits.

Cons of working at Wheels

Hostility towards non-minority employees. Religious discrimination towards Christians and Jewish people. No protection of rights of non-management employees in meetings. Verbal abuse by managers. Short staffed, overwhelming work loads.

What do you like best about Wheels's CEO and the leadership team?

Some of the old managers are nice and respectful.

How would you improve Wheels's culture?

Getting rid of DEI, prohibit verbal abuse by middle management.... Maybe actually listen to the people doing the work.

How did you prepare for the Wheels interview?

I did the usual stuff.

How does your compensation at Wheels compare to the industry average?

Less pay, more work.

What's the diversity at Wheels like?

Not enough whites. It's borderline hostile working there when everyone hates you because you were born a white American.

What brings you the most joy at Wheels?

Being told I do a good job. I was almost never told that by my new DEI hire manager.
