Job Summary
* Establish process parameters, create standardized work, train standardized work, and improve standardized work for dishrack area processes.
* Lead process optimization, root cause analysis, and capacity increases.
* Facilitate projects and teach / mentor / train shop floor teams in lean strategies and concepts.
* Provide day-to-day support to the dishrack grade 4s, engineering team, and operations leadership, including problem-solving, cost estimates, standard costs, labor and process flow / layouts.
* Provide project management for implementing improvements to new and existing equipment.
* Work cross functionally with other teams, including maintenance and tooling personnel, to drive solutions to equipment related problems.
Minimum Requirements
* Minimum requirement 2 years of experience as an Engineering Tech, or a 2 or 4 year skilled trade certification.
* Manufacturing process experience
* Basic Problem-Solving Skills
* Working knowledge of the following fundamentals: Project management, Dishrack Department or similar Support Operation processes that include welding, forming, and trimming of metal/wire products.
* Demonstrated ability to manage LOTO procedures and lead safety initiatives
Preferred skills and experiences
* 2 year associate's degree in an engineering field or progress toward.
* AutoCAD and Solidworks/ 3D Solid Modeling experience
* Experience with creating working sets of drawings for equipment including GD&T
* Google, and Microsoft Office experience
* Well-developed communications, project management, coaching, interpersonal and team building skills.
* Resourcefulness in accomplishing objectives and completing tasks with minimal supervision yet seeks guidance when appropriate

What You Will Do
As an Electrical Engineering Technologist, you will collaborate in a team environment to design and support industrial electrical systems, which includes various types of equipment new and old.

Job Summary:
The ProcessEngineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing operational processes to drive efficient production, high-quality output, and continuous operational improvement. This role involves collecting and analyzing process data, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and streamline workflows.
What You'll Do:
Design and develop efficient operational processes, including product enhancements, process flows, and workflow layouts to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
Analyze existing processes to identify improvement opportunities, implement lean manufacturing principles, and apply data-driven methodologies such as Six Sigma to enhance performance.
Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve process-related issues, including equipment malfunctions, operational bottlenecks, and quality deviations, to ensure consistent output.
Collect process data through time studies, monitor performance metrics, and analyze trends to identify business opportunities and recommend improvements to achieve operational goals.
Serve as the point person for building out a work measurement framework to establish labor rates and tracking mechanisms.
Develop and maintain reporting systems for managing labor to support operational efficiency.
Enhance field inspection and visit workflows, including routing for District Managers (DMs), Regional Managers (RMs), inspection efficiencies, and proposal processes.
Develop, maintain, and own standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process flow diagrams to ensure consistency and clarity.
Work closely with operations, product, and field teams to support process implementation, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead or support process-related projects, such as product enhancements, process upgrades, and cost-saving initiatives, ensuring timely completion within budget.
Other duties as assigned by management.
What You Need:
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., Six Sigma, PE) is a plus.
2-5 years of experience in processengineering, preferably in operations, manufacturing, chemical, or industrial environments.
Proficiency in process simulation software, data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab), and PowerBI. Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage the stress of a fast-paced environment.
Ability to meet the in-person requirements of the team and/or business needs.

The Role:
The Manufacturing ProcessEngineer is responsible for performing the development or improvement of production equipment, processes and methods. The typical cycle includes conceptualizing and developing prototypes as well as testing and perfecting designs.
Key Responsibilities:
Align with the Operations Manager to lead the safety of all plant operations, human resources and equipment. Commit and support all safety procedures and policies.
Study time, methods, and speed involved in production to establish standard workflow rate and improve efficiency.
Support the Industrialization of new products in the factory through developing systems and layouts that follow Lean manufacturing philosophies such as One-Piece Flow, Poke-Yoke and KanBan.
Prepare manufacturing documentation and provide training and guidance to all employee levels.
Drive and support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations using Lean, Six Sigma, and other process optimization methodologies.
Recommend technology or computer aids, product design changes and workspace layout modification to existing production standards to achieve optimum quality and efficiency.

Report issues and troubleshooting issues identified during the testing.
May assist with new battery pack design.
May assist with existing battery pack design improvement.
Qualifications
College degree in engineering
Attention to details and responsible work attitude
Excellent hand-eye coordination, hands-on, manual dexterity
Ability to read/listen carefully to follow instructions and procedures
Team player with good communication, interpersonal skills
