Partner closely with Product Development, R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Marketing, and Operations to align supplier capabilities with innovation pipelines. Create a structure that works across brands, and still allows for flexibility and creativity where appropriate Lead risk assessment and mitigation plans for supply continuity and geopolitical exposure. Develop and mentor a small but high-impact sourcing team. Drive contract strategy, including MSAs, pricing agreements, and long-term partnerships. Requirements BA or BS required 8-10+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Supplier Management, or Procurement, with 3-5+ years in sourcing is required, ideally within the beauty industry Strong leadership and people management with a track record of building teams.
