This role in summary
The FDC driver will support manufacturing by receiving units that are produced via the conveyor system and putting them away to their stow destination. Additional responsibilities include: preparing units for outbound shipments and ensuring it meets quality standards.

Operate hydraulic press machine to produce high tolerance plates used for the assembly of heat exchangers according to specification and procedure required for final product.
Responsibilities
Press the different types of plates according to standard operating procedures.
Run, monitor and adjust the press line to achieve quality specifications to account for variables such as new tools, material, etc.
Test and verify quality of parts before, during, and after the production according to the procedures.
Manage inventory of both raw material and finished goods, packing and handling effectively and efficiently.
Process the tool changes and cleaning.
Research the breakdown causes and make the necessary repairs.

**Your responsibilities will include**
In this position, you will be developing, constructing, and repairing a variety of intricate tools, sheet metal dies, gauges, and other machinery. This role is expected to diagnose and detect faulty operations or defective material and take corrective action. In this role, you will work from tooling prints, blueprints, and broad general instructions where details must be determined from drawings, production parts, or product drawings. This could involve considerable tool development and experimental work, the ability to visualize the finished job, making necessary mathematical calculations, and determining the allowance for metal flo, shrinkage, etc, The position must recognize design errors that would interfere with producing or checking parts or equipment, work to and maintain extremely close tolerances using a wide variety of precision measuring instruments. The position is expected to be able to apply heat treatment to ferrous materials.
This role is also responsible for undertaking production activities to transform tangible inputs (e.g. raw materials or semi-finished goods) or intangible inputs (e.g. ideas, information, know-how) into finished products or services. The position may involve setting up, calibrating, and operating machines and equipment, supervising arrangements, monitoring resources, following production schedules and quality standards, monitoring production processes, and troubleshooting production problems.

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible to maintain the lines, machines and equipment running correctly, maintenance data, develop strategies to improve equipment uptime, and ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with the plant's overall production goals.

**Leadership & Team Management:**
