Position Summary The Director of Credit will lead the company's credit and collections operations, ensuring optimal cash flow, minimizing credit risk, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role is responsible for developing and implementing credit policies, managing a high-performing collections team, and driving process improvements across the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in mid-to-large scale private companies and a strong understanding of credit risk management, financial analysis, and customer service.
