Pros of working at White Castle

Excellent pay rate no matter your job title ornlocations. Good work culture, I might even say the best work culture of any company I have ever worked for. Benefits are fair. Low stress enviornment which is a direct result of happy co-workers.

Questionable decisions by management, and inconsistent expectations. You will be told you've done something wrong only after you've done it then be expected to do better in the future.

Worjplace demands from leadershipvare reasonable. Management is more reasonable than similar locations.

Too much attention given to parts of the building that perform adequately. While underperforming areas are left un-corrected.

Panel styke interview with multiple members of leadership. Questions drew from every aspect of my previous experience.
