The Regional Field Technician is responsible for maintaining all restaurant technology and servicing the essential functions of business operations. What we are looking for
College degree or certification or a minimum of 3-5 years of technical experience is required;
College degree in Electronic, Computer Science, Engineering or comparable experience of a minimum of 3-5 years is required;
A minimum of 2 years' experience in Installation of LAN/CAT5 Networking, Cable Making & Wall Jack Termination, Audio Systems, PA Systems, Alarms, Circuit Boards is required;
A minimum of 5 years of personnel or vendor management experience is required;
Corrigo Enterprise Work Order software on PC and Smart Phone APP experienced is preferred;
Able to make decisions on repair or replacement based on troubleshooting skills, while still meeting deadlines;
Spreadsheet Creation, and Multimedia Devices, Microsoft Office, Windows 10, Windows 7, Android and iPhones, Android Tablets and iPads, VOIP;
Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills are required;
Ability to climb ladders and scaffolds, work for extended hours of uninterrupted time and must be able to withstand adverse weather and site conditions for any assigned job site inspections;
Ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds regularly;
Valid driver's license, dependable transportation and automobile insurance with the required limits of liability;
Adhere to safety rules and procedures and use proper tools in prescribed manner;

What you will do
Must follow all PCI compliance rules and regulations for credit card PIN pads including passing a background check, Quarterly Security communication checks, applying authorized identification to PCI compliant equipment;
Install, repair, or replace equipment in the castles to maintain the flow of information or as directed to comply with company standards;
Work with Regional Management to schedule training and develop Training Materials for management and castle staff as necessary to provide proper support for hardware and software used in the castles;
Provide 24-hour support (via Corrigo) for hardware and software needs in the castles;
Review plans for new building construction to facilitate the ordering of proper equipment;
Schedule and Coordinate all Area DAPL (out loads), Inventory, Database, and Software updates and changes with the Castles and Castle Systems Administration to meet all demands of Marketing, Castles Sales patterns, Regional Deadlines, Special Projection/Circumstances, etc.;
Work with the Home Office to test new Software and Hardware of the POS Systems;
Purchase equipment to allow for sufficient inventory of stock cost-effectively. Work Order Management Systems is the primary source of communication between castles and the Service Department. All work requests and progress will be documented for communication purposes. Proper use of this system is vital to the efficient operation of the department;
Notify Regional and Castle Management of needed information such as Updates, Out loads, Procedural Changes, Policies, System Hardware Changes, Price Changes, Packaging Changes, Scheduled Installations, Scheduled Service Work, and Outside Vendor or Sub-Contractor Visits to our Facilities;
Create and Maintain Area Spreadsheets, while developing and maintaining data backups and recovery for reimaging and reconstruction when replacing PC hard drives.
Use a web portal or another appropriate service to diagnose, troubleshoot, and confirm repairs of the Interface or surveillance systems;
Communicate, the company-approved ticketing software and email, close-out codes for completed Interface work orders, to Risk Management;
Work directly with Network Architect and Security Analyst to Troubleshoot and Install High- Speed Data Services and Equipment;
Ship and deliver all defective equipment to the appropriate vendor's address using the Region's preferred shipping company and track each shipment to ensure delivery;
Facilitate Service Technician cross-training to ensure system-wide support when Field Technical Manager becomes unavailable due to emergency or priority job demands or P.T.O.;
Develop Instructional Training Materials for Regional and Castle Management as necessary on the proper use of Systems, Cleaning Procedures, Reports, Software, and Area & Company Policies of use of all Systems;
Organize and maintain materials to ensure effective distribution upon request;
Performs other duties as assigned.
